In initial appointment I was thinking it was all a great experience, after the blood work came back ,he called two days later and he said I was negative for RA and he kind of just said okay bye. I had to say wait! If it’s negative why am I in so much pain? He didn’t really have an answer and all of his responses felt unguided and extremely empty which is not what I expected from a bone and joint specialist. I felt like I had to interrogate him for answers otherwise it was like “okay bye” I didn’t feel supported or guided unless I asked. When I think he finally give me what I think his guess of my symptoms might be from, I again had to ask him for the recommendation. I would not recommend this place. I was sadly disappointed. Dr. Newman is the best orthopedic surgeon I have met (in the last 4 years I met a dozen). I’ve been his patient since 2012 when I had a knee arthroscopy (ankle surgery in the near future). Dr Newman takes the time to explain every detail and has the patient involved in the treatment plan. His assistant Maria is also amazing, very friendly, helpful and most important she return calls in a timely manner. They treat their patients like family. Definitely recommend!

I have nothing but wonderful things to say about Dr. Newman. He is caring, highly knowledgeable, and a master at his craft. He takes whatever time YOU NEED to help get down to healing.

I have been a patient of Dr. Newman for a long time and I would strongly recommend him; he is very thorough, sincerely cares, and I have never found a better Orthopedic Doctor to handle my physcial needs. He has replaced both knees, trigger finger, and Carpal Tunnel wrist. He is a excellent Doctor.
