Seen on time. Dr. Morse has been my doctor for years and could not think of seeing anyone else.

I hadn't seen Dr. Morse in 9 years. After signing in, I didn't have to wait a long time to be called in or seen by the doctor. The staff was professional and courteous. Dr. Morse was exemplary with great bedside manners. He seemed to have an excellent rapport with his medical assistant. Overall, my visit was a pleasant one. ????

No long wait to see the doctor and t hgt e support staff was very helpful.

Office is not organized very well. Appoints are canceled 40 minutes before time. Vials of allergy drops not even delivered and appointments are made. This is not a well run practice at all.

Awesome experience! Staff helpful and professional.

Cancelled my appointment at the last minute after I completed all of the paperwork online with no regard for the arrangements I had already made to go into the office and no regard for the issue that needs to be addressed. With so many other doctors in the practice no other doctor could accommodate. Incredible! I will go elsewhere.

The doctor is so nice and caring buy the receptionist not nice. I went back for an appt January 9th and the new receptionist was so nice was even helpful with checking in with tablet and dr. Morse as nice as always

Dr. Morse and his team made me feel like I was in good hands for my nasal surgery. Dr. Morse is caring and takes time with me and Bianca communicates quickly to answer all concerns. I’m very happy to have found Dr. Morse.

Please avoid this doctor and place. The doctor is extremely unprofessional. He doesn't take patient issues seriously. He would ridicule you for the symptoms that you are having. His checkup is extremely brief like he has no interest in finding the actual problem. Majority of staffs I dealt with were equally unprofessional. My issue was not related to sinus specifically, So I need a different specialist. This is how I went to see him. If your issue is specifically related to sinus, one of my friends went to a different doctor in the town. His name is Dr. Lee Mandel. You will be served much better there. I havent seen Dr Morse in years. 15 years ago he performed his first sinus surgery on me due to constant sinus infections. Not too long after, he performed another one but as the internet reviewed those sirgies as not be a permanent

Great doctor I have been seeing him for a couple of months for vertigo. I am very happy got rid of my virtigo. Great doctor and great staff.

Dr. Morse was rude, rushed, and arrogant. He tried to belittle me as I shared with him my medical concerns and questions. The office staff contrary to him was professional and kind. I will switch to another dr. in that practice. If you want a Dr. that is polite, professional and takes time to listen to your health concerns DO NOT see Dr. Morse. My son had his tonsils and adenoids removed. Very positive experience!

I had the worst experience in my 89 years with this office. Kept us waiting for close to an hour after Dr. Morse said "I will be right in" no one had the decency to tell us he had an emergency when I asked at the desk after 30 min. if I could reschedule because my husband had surgery and had another appointment they acted like Robots and did not reply. Finally Dr. Morse came in when I mentioned the long wait he became extremely angry and literally threw us out of his office.

Not a good experience. Office visit was expensive ($125) even with insurance & he only saw me for 5 minutes. Gave me a medication that worked for the itchy ear but I still had other ear issues. A week later, I called the office & I couldn't get a hold of the Dr. When I did get a call back it was from a lady (probably the front desk receptionist) who related the message from the dr. & submitted my prescription to the pharmacy. The medication didn't help. He should called me personally.

I love Dr. Morse's professionalism, kindness and sincere desire to help you with your medical situation. I will however move on to find another ENT unfortunately due to the lack of consideration from his surgical scheduling nurse, who is just too busy to schedule a necessary procedure.

Complete waste of time, had to switch to another Dr in the practice doesn't examine any problem with detail and rushes you put of office always behind.

Dr. Morse is very professional and go direct to solutions.

Dr Morse and his staff can only be described as amazing! I felt a small "lump" near rhe bottom of my ear...Dr Morse found it to be cancer in my tonsil! HE SAVED MY LIFE! We removed my tonsil and immediately entered into chemo and radiation...I am done and show no further signs of malignancies! His skill and follow-up is rare...I HIGHLY RECOMMEND HIM! I have been going to Dr. Morse since 2000. He has taken care of all three of my children. They all had ear tubes and one had his tonsils removed. I have had great experiences with Dr. Morse and his staff every time. I would recommend them to everyone (and I have)!

Dr. Morse and his team are fantastic. I struggled with nasal polyps for years and went misdiagnosed with allergies. I went to Dr. Morse for their removal. Prior to seeing him, I consulted another ENT who stated I would need nasal packing and a week off work-- I felt recovered with Dr. Morse (no packing) in two days. I have never felt better, and he's a caring guy who really takes time to listen to concerns. Thanks Dr. Morse!! Changed my life!

I have been having sinus trouble for years. I have had 2 different deviated septum surgeries with a different E.N.T. but still was unable to breath clearly through my nose. I saw Dr. Morse 3 times and had an in office procedure done. I have been breathing clear since. I am very grateful to Dr Morse and his office staff. Everyone there was very nice and Dr Morse explained everything very clearly to me. I recommend him highly! Thank you. I have been having sinus trouble for years. Handicap on Disability with Medicare supplement. Got my referral, waited 3 weeks for an appointment. Got there early, filled out 20 minutes of paper work... as it was my first time seeing him but when I did not want to sign an Arbitration agreement, was refused service. Forced to go to an urgent care. There has to be laws against this! And Yes, your time and suffering is worth nothing to this doctor........ Gave him one start, as there was no minus stars!!!
