I finally found the perfect doctor or the perfect kindness, that understood what pain feels like, truly this doctor is the real deal. Compassionate understanding, always doing an elbow bump and making you smile every time you come, an additional to his staff and organization, his staff is absolutely perfect. They always answer the phone, they are always on top of your prescriptions, they're always making appointments and making sure they send you a message letting you know that you have an appointment don't forget. I can't say anything bad about this doctor at all. Except I was judged by someone else, and due to that all I want to do is get to Dr Daniels and explain, and I hope I get the opportunity to do that. With my time with Dr Daniels I thought he hung the Moon. This is a doctor who knows how to run a staff, always kindness and smiles. Perfected perfection and at the end of your appointment, you get a greeting goodbye, with a smile. I recommend this doctor to anyone. He is a 10 across the board. I thank him for the time that I had with him and I'm hoping he will give me an appointment to get I misunderstood conversation from someone else. Placing judgment on me that has no idea who I am. But I feel that Dr Daniels will give me this opportunity. Because he is the inspire of kindness, and he wants to help his patients and every way he can. Thank you for all the understandings. Feel blessed to be a patient.

Worst experience with a doctor ever. Dr. Morris and his office cancelled me as a patient one hour before my appointment. WHY? Because after my pain medication was stolen (along with my purse) at the end of 2021, I decided to attempt to handle pain without prescription drugs. I told his very hateful nurse that I was going to try to quit and that I would not be in for my January appointment. I self detoxed off the medications. After 2.5 months it is very clear I have no quality of life and made the decision with my regular family physician, to go back to pain medication. I made the appointment for 3 weeks out. Dr. Morris' office waited until 1 hour before my scheduled appointment to call me and cancel the appointment saying I broke a contract with Dr. Morris. They were not understanding and again very mean. There is NO compassion in this office. They don't listen to you and they do not hear you. I have never seen the lack of compassion in my life. If you want a doctor that cares at all about his patients, DO NOT GO TO DR MORRIS.

First visit to Dr Morris he was nice, polite, and seemed caring about the pain issues. But in the second visit the girls at the desk were short and rude not only to us but other patients as well. Dr Morris was less than professional. He got very short with me when i had questions so would not recommend him if you want a compassionate and caring doctor

I have finally found a Dr. that understands the pain I am in and wants to help. I trust him to do what is best for me. I am so thankful for Dr. Morris.

Excellent! Dr Morris doesn’t want to treat the pain he wants to find the cause of my pain. Three other Drs couldn’t figure out why I was in pain. He sent me for ultrasound and found a baseball size tumor. Three other Drs didn’t even try to discover the pain. Highly recommend.

Dr. Morris acted like he could relieve my husband's back pain with 2-3 injections. After the 2nd injection, there was no relief, and they just wanted us to keep coming back. He also billed our insurance company for supplies that were not used and then sent our bill to a collection agency instead of billing us directly. He is also no longer with Premier Pain Management of Broken Arrow.

I have been in pain off & on for over 20 years. During this time I have had 2 neck surgeries & currently have 2 more disc that are buldging. Dr Morris has been able to control my pain with medication & injections. He has always took time to listen & explains what my options are or what we can try. I can not imagine him or his staff not listening or being rude as was mentioned in other reviews. Some people are only there for drugs so they get upset when they don't get them. Dr. Morris is not going to pass out drugs without having X-Rays,Scans,MRI's etc. to back up that there is a reason for the pain. But if you are looking for relief from real pain he is a great Doctor.

My sister was seeing this provider and I speak from past tense because she died from Accidental Overdose. In the hospital she was told that she was taking too much pain meds and he cont to give them. Now she is gone and her family misses her. She clearly had a problem that needed to be controlled. This was not done. I would not even give one star.

I love Dr Morris. He is kind, compassionate, truly cares about his patients and helping them. Before I had my hip surgery I knew once I talked to him I would feel better and more confident about getting the surgery and I was right, he made me feel much less anxious about surgery and my long recovery process. I would highly recommend Dr Morris and staff for your pain management needs.

Dr. Morris diagnosed the cause of my pain that had put me in a wheelchair, and said he would put me back on my feet in three treatments. I didn't believe him. The pain had been horrid following back surgery, and I firmly believed that three treatments would not solve my problem. I was wrong. Dr. Morris was correct. I still have chronic back pain which he helps me manage today.

He is a great pain management doctor but he definitely doesn't call in your med refills on time. You may be waiting a day or two after your out of medication before you get it. It's a real inconvenience!!

Dr, Morris is the best pain doc in OK! He truly cares about patients as people, not just procedures or how much $$ he can get out of them. He treats the whole person, not just the body part that is in pain! I have been to other pain docs and was treated as a cash cow, not a person. He does NOT push procedures if they don't help you. I would send all of my family and friends to him if they needed a pain doc, even though he is 90 minutes away!

He is not a good doctor. Never talks to his patients, leaves abruptly, does not want to answer questions. Acts as tho he is god and need not have any good bedside manners. Hurt me physically instead of helping me get better. Need I say any more than that. Dp npt reccommend

For several years, my pain was poorly controlled. I was having problems functioning as a wife and mom. For the first time, Dr. Morris listened, was sympathetic and compassionate. I now feel like I have a game plan to take back my life. Thank you, Dr. Morris! My only complaint is the wait time, which can be as long as 45 minutes.

I have followed Dr Morris to 3 clinics and am thankful to have such a competent, caring doctor. He is the only doctor that gives my back injections without having to have the IV medicine before procedure. He is very gentle and knows right where to inject. He listens and has a plan for my individual needs. Both of the PA's are thorough and explain what can be done or tried to help with my pain that often seems to be impossible to me. I would recommend them all.

My problem is not with Dr.Morris but with his staff. They were never accommodating when it came to scheduling appointments or getting my prescription refilled on time. Their agenda was constantly calling like salespeople..pressuring to get me to do a much more expensive, timely and permanent procedure or “upgrade”. When I declined their sales pitch and didn’t do what they wanted, they then became rude, short and non accommodating to my needs as a patient. BEWARE

Dr Morris spent less than 5 minutes in the room with me reviewing my chart. He did not discuss with me the medication he was planning on changing me to and the medication he changed me to was a newly released medication that required a PA from my insurance and even with a co-pay card cost me $35 and would cost me more for each consecutive prescription I got after that. His staff does not return calls and it took three days to get a medication for breakthrough pain THAT ALSO required a PA.

This is to commend an outstanding physician in Tulsa, Oklahoma. Dr. Daniel Morris D.O. has especially assisted me with my personal health care. The State of Oklahoma can be proud of his medical expertise and conduct !! While I am no longer inclined to do business with his former medical association: Pain management of Tulsa. I would be very glad to highly recommend him !! a fine Medical Practitioner for others to use.

He is a fabulous pain management doctor. He listens to his patients and works WITH them to reduce their symptoms. I have found that he is very skilled at injections. His PA is amazing as well and I truly like both of them. I feel like they care about my quality of life. Dr. Morris isn't afraid to adequately treat chronic pain conditions, but his practice isn't a "pill factory" either. It is a professionally run office with a doctor that will treat you with empathy and respect.

Dr. Morris is such a great doctor. When I heard he left Precision I was more than upset. He sits down in office visits and takes his time to explain what's going on with me and how he is going to treat it step by step. If I could rate more than 5 stars to Dr. Morris and his staff I would! Best pain management team hands down!

Dr Morris is a caring, kind and considerate doctor who LISTENS to you. I've followed him to 2 medical facilities over the years and hope he doesn't stop practicing. He offers more than just medication, he gives real solutions to problems along with explaining in detail why the pain exists. I don't know what I would have done without him. Other facilities bring you in like cattle he stops and takes the time to hear what's changed and figures out why. I would recommend him to anyone suffering.

I have known Dr. Morris due to his and my family's service in the US Air Force since 1981. He was our family Dr from then until he decided to go back to school for anesthesiology. He recommended our still current family Dr but almost 20 years later I needed a pain Dr and he was the only choice in my mind though I have seen other pain Dr's. Dr Morris is the most caring, compassionate doctor who truly cares about his patients. He was also the only pain dr in town willing to help me while pregnant.
