The staff were well organized and friendly. The place was clean as could be expected. The phycian gave an exceptional outlay as to what could be expected, as well as the options available for treatment, and a final examination before the procedure was scheduled to narrow the options to one. A great experience. A very professional approach by all staff.

Dr Blair was very personable and made me feel at ease going into surgery. Surgery went well and was on schedule! His technical knowledge was outstanding. I will return to him in the future. I look forward to a long-standing relationship with him! Great listener!!!

Appointment was a virtual meeting. Waited in the lobby for 15 minutes. Then someone came on and asked me to continue holding. I told them they were out of time. Half hour later got a text asking to try again, replied ok, still no one was on call. Still have no idea what the results of my tests were. You would think someone would contact me.. It was my first meeting with Dr. Miller. He was friendly and kind. he listened to me and shared his thoughts with me. He was a nice man and very professional.

Since I was a new patient, Dr. Miller listened to my history, asked pertinent questions and reviewed the medical records I had brought. He clearly explained how he thought we should proceed, asked if I had any concerns, and then asked for my concurrence. I agreed and his staff handled the details and arrangement. If I could give less than one star, I would. Even though the patient had given them a full list of allergies/reactions to certain medications, this doctor NOT ONCE, BUT THREE TIMES prescribed medications that were dangerous/caused reactions for the patient. His demeanor is gruff, "god-like" and dismissive, he left his patient in a serious amount of pain and misinformation before and after surgery, and has caused months of pain, worry, frustration and misery. Additionally, we found out today his poor surgical cauterization caused a mass to grow where the kidney was removed. I would not recommend this person if they were the last urologist on earth. DON'T RISK YOUR LIFE OR SANITY WITH THIS DOCTOR. If I could give less than one star, I would. I did not like him. In just 5 minutes you will feel like you're almost out of time. He gets rid of you fast, he does not listen with attention, you do not show that he cares. He told me that if the medication does not work for me, that I call a sexual counseling specialist. I know I have a serious problem, I barely let myself talk to him. like 20 minutes or less hard the visit. I show despair by asking two or three simple questions. I did not like him. Awful experience. Walked in the door and told me that he didn’t believe what was going on. Made me feel absolutely terrible. NEVER WILL GO BACK TO HIM! I have never come out of a doctors appointment feeling so terrible about myself. Completely ignored what I said, dismissed everything I was feeling. Didn’t take the time to really try and understand what was going on. Wasted my time and money. I don’t understand how he is still getting business when he doesn’t seem to care about his patients. Booked an appointment at another clinic just so I wouldn’t have to go back to him. Update: So they told me to call them and I called and left a message and two weeks later I still haven’t heard back from them. WOULD NOT RECOMMEND THIS DOCTOR TO ANYONE. Also, if you tell someone to reach out to have a conversation don’t waste their time by not actually responding. Terrible customer service. During my routine physical I received a scary diagnosis I did not seek, want, nor fully understand. I sought a second opinion from Dr. Miller. He treated me with distrust and acted like I was looking to score drugs. He told me not to come back until I had gotten several blood tests and that if they were sufficiently compelling, we could talk about a conservative treatment plan. I wasn't sure I wanted treatment at all, just wanted to understand what was happening to my body. Three stars only because the blood tests themselves have been helpful in figuring things out and talking to other doctors. Dr. Miller is a very kind and competent urologist. I am his patient and have met with him several times, I find him to be very knowledgeable, and feel truly blessed to have met him. He has taken the time to explain all of my options. I give him the highest rating, and his staff has been very friendly as well.

Completely ignored obvious signs, we have moved on to a doctor that cares and pays attention to all symptoms.
