I come back here once every couple months and rarely do I see a familiar face, that’s how bad the turnover rate in this office is. It is impossible to build a relationship with the staff, and just as hard with the doctors, because I always see a different one, and then they leave too. Wait times keep getting longer, and getting ahold of the office supervisor is impossible! I do not understand how this office stays in business.

Dr Margolin gave me a lazor treatment and after just one treatment I was amazed at the results. I am coming back again just to make sure it is totally gone. I would recommend this to anyone with the nail fungus. Elizabeth Uhl

Overall staff issues, failing to follow-up numerous of times, rude, long wait at the office, even had one staff flat out lie to me and tell me the doctor was not in the office as they tried to get me to see another doctor in the office and then saw Dr. Margolin walk by. The office needs complete overhaul of staff Doctor had nice demeanor but provided misdiagnosis or mixed diagnosis, doesn't explain medical conditions or next steps, Not sure if he reads the charts and history of visits at all.

Horrible practice. Rude staff and even ruder doctor. Wait time can be 2-3 hours in an empty waiting room! No apologies by anyone, no help in procuring special medication. Don't understand how this practice can still be around with such awful treatment of patients. My family and I are leaving this practice and going elsewhere. No one should suffer such indignities.

I had been seeing Dr Margolin for 8 years. Since he moved and enlarged his practice the quality patient care has continually eroded until I finally reached the point of finding a new Dr. $5 minute to 60 minute waits are the norm instead of the exception. On countless occasions I've made appt.s with Dr Margolin only to find out when I wait a half hour I'll be seeing someone else. There is a constant turnover of Dr.s and I've had trouble with the Billing Dept. where they've been downright rude.

I went to have a ingrown toe nail removed and it seemed like all this guy wanted to do was pad the bill. He gave x-rays on the opposite foot I came in for, a sonogram on both feet, and wanted to do a study for me to order orthotics. Then send a different person in to remove the nail. Here I am the following day and my toe feels worse than it did yesterday and I'm going back again to see what they missed. This office is a money driven facility!!!!

Very professional physician. He is patient and pleasant. His skill in almost painless injections is very impressive. Anyone who has had injections of steroids in the foot can tell you that these can be very painful. With Dr. Margolin, you can relax.

Well there aint enough space to laud this young fella,alls ah can say is that the doctor in question took me into his careful and thoughtful care and wha's more he done laughed at my jokes,now what could be better then that.All these chumps in NY which got five star's only goes to prove people are so attuned to that there fancy address,like NY, well if that don't beat all.I am from NYC and I'm a expert.
