Worst “dermatologist” I’ve ever been too. Wouldn’t recommend him to my worst enemy. Hope someone reads this review and it saves them from seeing this ignorant guy.

I have seen Dr. Loo 4 times and there will not be a 5th The first time was rushed but I brushed that off thinking he may be running behind. The second time he did a scraping left the room to have it tested and I did not see him again, his nurse came in to explain things to me. The third time was a little better but a quick appointment with just a med change, 4th time I asked about a specific rash he was not sure what it was asked about splits in my nails all he said was he did not have anything for that, for a dermatologist he did not seem to know a lot about the skin and his answer or lack of one was I'll see you once a year for psoriasis, the other conditions I went for where ignored. So sorry SSD you have a nice office and maybe some of your other Doctors are good but I am leaving to find a Doctor who knows skin and is willing to find out what they may not know. Dr, Loo might do better in research where he does not have to deal with people.

My experience with Dr. Loo was excellent and enjoyable despite being referred to him by my PCP for a suspicious lesion on my face. My biopsy was determined to be cancerous and I was given a surgical referral for a Mohs procedure, but that is another story. Both Dr, Loo and his assistant were great and answered all my questions. Have been back twice and will continue as needed.

Didn’t feel comfortable asking questions. Felt rushed, brushed off concerns about what was causing certain conditions, one word answers; never sat down to talk like my regular doctor would. Got a prescription, but won’t go back to practice.

Dr. Loo is unprofessional and rude. I would never go to him or south shore dermatology again. He wouldn't make eye contact or even speak directly to me. He spoke to his assistant and she relayed his words. He was arrogant and pompous.

Very ignorant man. Pompous and ignorant. I have no other words. I would never again subject myself to his attitude. First time ever to a skin doctor and what a disgrace he is to his profession.
