Staff isn’t informed dr . Act like issue to get refferal for deadly illness. The office looks like a storage unit it’s scary. If United health care had not reffferd me I would never go here.

I brought my son this morning for his ear check up which he is complaining about a pain in his right ear few weeks ago and Dr. Kim did a great job, after cleaning and removing a piece of cotton from cotton swabs in my son’s ear .. now he’s feeling good and hear better … he is highly recommendable… thanks also to the information staff for all your help…

Went in to the office as a " cash pay" because my work decided to mess up my hours and I lost my insurance a short time . Anyways, I was having horrible throat problems. Painful areas etc. The Dr came in with a student and barely gave me eye contact whipped out a suitcase and decided to perform the test to look down my throat with a camera . Fine, I've had this before but NEVER without numbing spray !! It hurt pretty bad. My eye watered so bad , I was in pain . He was pretty quiet and felt my neck quickly said take ppi for reflux and if it doesn't get better then we'd need scans etc .. Nothing helpful really but here's a pill. Next client.... ugh terrible service in my opinion as a caregiver. Sadly these Dr's are like robots these days . I am not satisfied with this doctor at all. I went to get a tonsil stone removed and without so much as looking at it he said it wasn't a stone but a cyst, recommended surgery. I figured the doctor must know what he's doing, but instead I was referred to a different doctor so he could determine whether I needed surgery? Then why did I go to Kim? Why did I pay him? Why isn't anyone following up with me and why do I still have the stone after 3 months? Now I'm spending my days coughing and feeling like I'm going to throw up because of where that STONE is located. I have barely been able to sleep this week. DR WAS PROFESSIONAL. HOWEVER HIS STAFF IS DISFUNCTIONAL.AS A RESULT DOCTOR WAS NOT RECEIVING MESSAGES ,MADE A DOZEN PHONE CALLS. STAFF MEMBER OR SERVICE ADMITTED THAT THE DOCTOR WAS NOT GETTING ALL MESSAGES. VERY BAD EXPERIENCE.

Dr. Kim takes his time to listen to my issues, like a teacher, he illustrated the whys and hows of my ear’s condition, and he answered all my questions, and the root cause of the problem, then advise how and what to do. Dr Kim, rushes through appointments. Doesn’t answer any questions or give reassurance. My main problem with this office is the RUDE ladies at the front desk. They do not like their job. They answer the phone with horrible manner and attitude every single time! They should all be fired. If you say anything to them about them being rude they just put you on hold until you hang up. My appointment was held on time with very little wait. Dr. Kim was thorough and listened to my issue and advised me my issue may be something other than an ENT problem, which I found out later he was right. I would go back to him in the future if I need an ENT physician..

I really can't say enough about the care I've receive from Dr. Kim. He actually takes his time to listen to your issues, then develops a game plan to get you back to a healthy life. Besides being a ENT, he's extremely smart on other health issues, and I always take advice on how to lead a health and full life. Dr. Kim is hands down, the best doctor I've ever delt with, and glad to have him as my doctor. My hole family feels the same way. I really can't say enough about the care I've receive from Dr. Kim. Absolutely horrible experience with an uncaring staff. Was late 10 min for a hearing test and wanted to make us wait 2 hrs. They also never faxed my mother's referral for a cat scan knowing she has an infection on her bone. I had to remind them 2 weeks later when no one called us. Not going back!

Polite but did not address any of my concerns or help me at all no matter how persistent I was in describing my pain and problem. I even expressed to Dr. Kim my frustration with previous doctors not listening to me and left with the same experience. Waste of time.

Bad experience with Dr. Kim. He did not listen. Spent a few seconds scoping my nose after I explained I had 6 severe nosebleeds in a week, had some cauterizing, and wanted to see if the cauterizing got it all. Well, 6 weeks later and I had another nosebleed. Called to schedule with another doctor at the location, but they have a dumb policy that I have to submit a letter to request changing doctors. 11/12 - Reducing to a single star. Not because of Dr Kim but because of his referral/surgery scheduler. Took a week to get a referral for a CT Scan and now has been 8 Business days trying to get scheduled for Surgery - I only got a response because I called and was told that they have no openings within the next month. Completely and totally un-professional. I am traveling outside of the country in less than a month. Had this woman been effective in her job and communicated with me this could have been totally avoided. Comes down to -- if you have no sense of urgency with your medical condition go and see Dr Kim - if you need to get some resolution in an expedited manner find another office. 10/4 Great office staff - Dr. Kim came in did a cursory exam, left the room, was gone forever - I had no diagnosis, no treatment plan, nothing, I started wandering the hall, only to find out that I was waiting for another procedure. A slight break down in communication. I now know that I have an issue and am waiting on a referral for additional testing. At least I know he is working with me to come up with a solution. The Best Ent Doctor I’ve ever been! He is very gentle and thorough explaining and executing the procedure. He will make you feel relax. Very knowledgeable!

My experience with Dr. Kim was wonderful. He explained my problem and took time to listen. Very caring doctor and referred me to a great facility. I've received more help with his guidance than I've had in the last 9 months.

My husband has been going to Dr. Kim for a few years now and we are very happy with his service and practice. Very thorough and very informative. Well worth the 30 minute drive.

I got the pleasure of learning from Dr. Kim in my ENT rotation in medical school. I was extremely impressed by the extent of his clinical knowledge & the way he treats his patients. If you want a doctor that truly cares about you and see's you as a person more so than just another patient, he's a great choice! His office staff is awesome & super welcoming, and they can accommodate Spanish speakers too! Hopefully no ENT issues arise for me or my family but if they do, I wouldn't go anywhere else!! Dr Kim came into the room, looked in my throat then walked out. Not once did he explain what he was looking for or did he give a diagnosis. His assistant came in and explained everything thoroughly and answered all my questions. I found Dr Kim to be rude and not a people-person. His assistant (I forgot his name) was amazing and deserves praise for his knowledge and caring.

Dr. Kim is truly an amazingly doctor. He's been my doctors for about 6 years and has done two successful oral surgeries on me. Is office at Mountain View Hospital is great and the staff is nice as well. Honestly, don't ever see myself getting a new ENT doctor.

I would recommend this doctor.. I went to Dr. Kim Daniel because my doctor office did a ear irrigation and cause me so much pain I was scared for Dr. Kim Daniel to look in my ear.. the ENT doctor I was referred to could not get me in to see him for a month and I was in pain.. Dr. Kim Daniel was very nice and vacuumed the wax out of my ear very easy and smooth process.. I definitely would go back the office presents isn't the best but he is good.. I would recommend this doctor.. My first visit was for ear wax removal from a fungal infection. He was very kind and gentle. Really put me at ease, and resolved my issue. I am now seeing him again for hearing loss. His genuine concern and kindness is outstanding. He explains everything thoroughly and answers all my questions completely. I would highly recommend him.

I recently went to see Dr. Kim when I started having very bad dizzy spells. I couldn't drive, I could barely move my head without getting the spins. I have Menier's Disease. One of the symptoms is severe dizziness. I haven't had an episode though for close to 25 years. I was a bit worried it had come back, but the symptoms just didn't feel like it. However, not being sure, I wanted a Dr. who knew something about the disease. I chose Dr. Kim pretty much because he was so close to my home, and his receptionist said he was very familiar with the disease. I think he is the only ENT here on the Northeast side of town, and I had to wait for about a week to see him, so I guess he has a few people who want to see him. The waiting room was clean and comfortable. It doesn't have a great selection of reading materials which really bugs me about Dr.'s offices. However, I wouldn't have had time to even look at one since I was almost immediately called into the exam room. I waited maybe 5 minutes before Dr. Kim showed up. He came in with a smile, introduced himself to my husband and I, then introduced the medical student who was shadowing him. His demeanor put me at ease right away. I explained what was going on and he took a look. His exam showed that it was not my Meniere's acting up, but something that my yoga practice had caused. Little crystals in my inner ear had fallen in a very sensitive area during my inversions and were causing the dizziness. He moved my head around a few different ways and said, "Ok, that should do it." Really? That's it? No drugs? But he's an AMA doctor, he has to give pills! Nope. Nada. I haven't had a single dizzy spell since, and it's been about a week now. So the way I look at is: Close to home, check. Not keeping me waiting for hours, check. No snobby superiority trip, check. Trusted enough to teach med students, check. Knowing what he's doing and getting it done, check and check. It was one of the best experiences I have had with a doctor and I am disabled, so I see a lot of them. I'm very glad I chose Dr. Kim and if my dizzy spells come back when I start doing my yoga again, I'll choose him again. And if my Meniere's comes back, I will definitely trust him with that too.
