Took 2 year old daughter to him with split lip. Came highly recommended by my derm Ken Beer, also in building. Obv very worried about it looking ok. He assured us it would be. He tackled it quickly and professionaly on the spot and it looks good as new. Perfect job. Highly recommend. A+

I went to Dr. Kapp for breast reconstruction after I was diagnosed with breast cancer at age 32, 7 months before my wedding. He worked with my breast surgeon and offered valuable advice, guidance and empathy during an extremely difficult time. During the multiple stages of care he made himself available via phone/text to address my concerns and his office staff moved quickly to schedule my surgeries and appointments. Montana and Elena were also wonderful and caring during my office visits and made themselves available outside office hours should I need them. Absolutely horrible experience. I had a small cyst that Dr, Kapp said he could remove. No problems. Has to have t re stitched 3 times. Developed Mersa. In hospital 2 times from infection. Months of wound care. All drs said this never should have been stitched like it was. Office wont call me back. Just received a bill for 100. after they knew the situation. I now have horrible scar and have spent thousands of dollars on medical bills. Left messages with office manager about this and the 100 bill and they refuse to call me back. Dr. Kapp is an excellent, experienced, highly-skilled surgeon that has successfully treated 2 people that I know with gorgeous results. This past July, I became a 1st time cosmetic patient and I am SO happy with my results and his expert recommendations and guidance. He put me at ease, answered my questions, and he was so careful/gentle that I returned to work right after my injections. I’m shocked at these reviews. He is rude, condescending, and doesn’t follow up on anything. There are great doctors in the Palm Beaches. Don’t waste time with this man.

Does not even deserve one star, spent 6 minutes with him, he sent me an invoice for $250, did not take my insurance and did not inform me about not accepting my insurance and charged me again $250 for an appointment I cancelled. I had to make a lot of phone calls to try to correct this mess.

I just want to say Thank You so much Dr. Kapp for giving me back some dignity. As a firefighter/Paramedic I have seen a lot of horrific traumatic accidents. After my own life changing trauma had left me deformed and broken you were able to somehow reconstruct my injuries into a now manageable state. Your knowledge, expertise and confidence that working with you would get me back on track and on the road to recovery couldn't have been more true. Thank you for caring!! Super awesome doctor! I’ve gotten two breast augmentations with him which turned out absolutely perfect! I’ve gotten plenty of compliments, and even launched a modeling career! Anyways, the past year I ended up with a real life stalker. I ended up moving a couple time, changing my number numerous times , and just being completely unstable where I scheduled three doctors appointments with him and missed them because of all the drama. So I ended up getting banned, mainly because I did not call. My fault completely, but not intentional. I called a couple days ago trying to explain the situation because it has simmered down , but the receptionist was not hearing it and just said I was banned. But he is a great doctor! So disappointing that I have to find another doctor to perform my next surgery. But I highly recommend him! Super awesome doctor! Dr. Kapp, once again, tended to my accident prone family. This time I was the one in need of his services. I was anxious about getting a foreign body removed from my foot and the associated pain but Dr. Kapp made sure to numb the affected area so the procedure was pain free. I truly appreciate his care but was most impressed by his willingness to meet up with me at a moment's notice, especially since my injury occurred over a holiday weekend. Dr. Kapp is very professional with his approach to his patients. I came in wanting a breast reduction and he went over all the pro's and con's of the procedure prior to me choosing to move forward. I did my own due diligence and researched both the procedure and Dr. Kapp prior to me scheduling the surgery. I had a fantastic experience with both Dr. Kapp and his entire staff. They were professional, courteous, kind and very helpful answering all my questions. The surgery went better than I expected, little to no pain so the pain meds were not needed for myself. I am so very pleased with the outcome of my surgery. I expected my breast reduction and lift to look a certain way and Dr. Kapp exceeded my expectations ten fold. Dr. Kapp has treated me for three serious wound conditions from 2010 to the present. I have found him to be very caring (he personally called me at 9:00 pm after my recent 11:30 am procedure to check on me). He always explains my procedures in language that I understand. His followup after the procedure is outstanding. In addition to his skill as a surgeon/problem solver -- I have found him to be very accessible. I would recommend Dr. Kapp with no reservations.

I am a person who is very experienced with medical problems so I know what differentiates a good doctor from an outstanding one. Dr. Kapp and his staff receive A+++ grades across the board. He is professional, courteous, efficient and a very "cool" guy. He was able to lower my level of concern during both the surgery and follow-up. I totally recommend Dr. Kapp and his wonderful team for any situation which requires the expertise of a master plastic surgeon.

Dr Kapp performed a skin graft on my foot at The Wound Care Center. He uses virtually no numbing agent. He was completely unconcerned about my level of discomfort and pain. He has zero bedside manner. Part of the graft did not take well and the skin regularly sluffs off.

He is true to the profession of Medicine, to be inquisitive, and to service. Thank you Dr Kapp

One of the most amazing surgeons and such a caring person ..After many many many reconstructive surgeries, Dr Kapp has done an amazing job on my appearance and pain issues...I cannot say enough about his personality and surgical skills . The office staff is just as wonderful! Thank you:)

Dr. Kapp did my breast augmentation. He did an amazing job. The operation and recovery were quick and without much pain. The whole office staff is amazing.

I will definitely recommend dr Kapp not only to my family but to anyone that’s looking for a highly experienced and oustending professional . His work is impeccable, he’s a perfectionist and having him as my plastic surgeon was an honor and the best decision I’ve ever made.

Dr. Kapp and his staff are top notch, from making a simple appointment to having a major procedure. You are treated like top priority. Dr. Kapp's bedside manor is extremely professional and descrete. You leave feeling very satisfied and confident.

Dr. Kapp is amazing. He is always patient and listens to concerns. He tries to understand his patients as a person and not a number. The office staff is polite. No one tries to"push" surgery and make you feel nervous. Best experience I have had with a doctor.

First .....refused me service when I balked at having my drivers license copied.. but I complied.. Then ...advised me that visit with him wouldn't be covered by insurance because operation would be cosmetic . His diagnosis was simple cyst on my head /neck.. Very sure...Very wrong.. "...Melanoma " not cyst....'.. His mistake ...deadly.. Be warned........

I was going for a completely different reason, a little vanity. He noticed a skin lesion and told me I most probably had a skin cancer. He offered to refer me to a dermatology doctor for verification but I was so comfortable in the office (the staff was professional and friendly) I asked him to do it. I went to Dr. Kapp to repair a defect in my scalp from removal of a large basal cell carcinoma. He talked me into "rotation flap surgery" against my will and preference for a skin graft. I was left without follow-up care for 2 mos. I now have hard, very painful lumps of scar tissue all around the incision. I also lost all my hair follicles at the surgery site. I went to see another plastic surgeon and I need to have more surgery to remove the scar tissue. Stay away from Dr. Kapp!!

Dr Kapp made me feel as though I was a member of the family while I was in the office. He was concerned about my care, answered my questions, and put my fears to rest. I have received compliments on his work from other surgeons. I would return to him whenever the need arises.

I went to see Dr. Kapp a short time ago. After meeting with him and discussing my issue, I felt totally at ease with his confident demeanor and professionalism. He spent a good deal of time with me and he listened. Unlike other surgeon's, where they are concentrating on WHO'S NEXT IN LINE. I wasn't surprised, I was referred to him from a very close friend and she had nothing but wonderful things to say about Dr. Kapp. and his staff. I would refer him and his staff without hesitation.

Deceptive...advises treatment method then has office call later and completely change. Could have been honest in discussion. Also contacted office during office hours....office closed....left message with answering service to have someone contact me....no one did. They fail to understand i am the customer and i decide not them. All about the money for them.

Dr. Kapp operated on my sons knife wound (accidental cleaning mishap). He did a fantastic job of getting it done properly. Great office staff with an excellent and humorous bedside manner! We highly recommend him.

I went to see Dr. Kapp to have my implants replaced. What worked 11 years ago was not working anymore. When I first met Dr. Kapp he made me feel at ease immediately. He was so warm, friendly and understanding. He answered my numerous questions and never made me feel embarrassed or rushed. My case was complicated and he ended up correcting my problem with half the amount of surgery he initially planned. My results are AMAZING and I'm so happy. I highly recommend him! He is the best!

Great plastic surgeon.

After suffering through mastectomy surgery, an infection, removal and replacement of the spacers and then a second failure I chose to end my misery and heal without reconstruction last spring. I had Lupus and stage 2 breast cancer. I was not happy and wanted to find a way to complete reconstruction. I have consulted plastic surgeons from Key Biscayne to West Palm Beach, all were highly recommended. All told me that I would need extensive reconstruction and would need to consider a latissimus flap, tram flap or DIEP surgery to have breasts again. Only one doctor took the time to talk to me, discuss my lifestyle, my lupus and my medications. It turns out the Plaquinel, widely used to treat lupus, is an immunosuppressant that can create difficulty in healing. None of my doctors recognized this medication as a part of the problem. With Dr Kapp's skill and knowledge I am on my way to feeling whole again!! I did not need any of the difficult surgeries that the others insisted were my only hope. Dr Kapp operated putting in spacers and in just 4 weeks the wounds were completely healed. I have had 3 weeks of saline injections since then. I am so happy with the results so far. Both the doctor and his staff are by far the best I have seen in south Florida. If you want a surgeon who cares about you and works with you as an individual call Dr Kapp! You will not regret this consultation.
