Great place!!

The staff is great!

Worst experience. I was told my children would collectively need to have 8 adult teeth extracted and have them shaved down. I questioned the removal of so many teeth. Dr. Kaler became short with me. I asked if there were alternatives and was told there weren't any. I took my children in for a 2nd opinion. Completely different results! No shaving of their teeth or removing 8 adult teeth!!!! Dr. Kaler was the worst healthcare experience I've had. Hands down. She was RUDE. I feel as if she was looking to hit up insurance money for unnecessary work at my children's expense. Disgusting! Poor communication. I live 2 hours away, haven't been there for 10+ years as I needed a new aligner, showed up at the wrong office, went to the correct office to wait in my vehicle for over an hour before called in to sit & continue waiting to be seen. Was not told I was moved to the next available appointment. After my appointment, they asked what my reminder text said (the text that was sent to a non existent landline) so they updated my contact info. Since they have the same phone number for all offices, I suggested they remind the patient which office to go to, their response-that patients always go to the right office. Poor communication. Very great family friendly experience

Nice people and they do a good job

Clean facility and great at patient carr.

Awesome my daughter was nervous about getting her braces but they were very reassuring about the whole process.

They are really kind, they do a really good job on putting braces on, and the points system is a really good thing. I rate this 5 stars and i highly recommend it.

My daughter goes here and couldn't have asked for a better orthodontist. The staff is always friendly and answers my questions no matter how silly they may be. They did my daughters braces and couldn't be happier.

10/10 great service. Each time I go there very nice to my mom and me. I just got my braces yesterday and it was great!

Best experience ever

Great for a orthodontost i would recomend it

There is a couple of nice employees but over all we hated goin there. Called the office about a concern and the front desk automatically set me up with an appoinment for my child and when we saw the Dr. he was not nice. He acted like we wasted his time and said this this could of wated till her next appointment like I should have known. Retainers wear out they recharge me and act like my kids is doing something odd to have the retainer wear out like it does! Making my child feel bad.

I'm on my 3rd child having braces with Dr Kahler and they've been great with each child and their different ortho needs. I'd recommend him in a heartbeat.

Dr. Kaler and his staff are amazing, and I wouldn't have chose anyone else to do the job! They are so welcoming and friendly. The quality of care is wonderful as they are very eager to help you get results your looking for while thoroughly making sure you understand, and answering any questions you may have. I have never left a comment over the internet but after this visit, I feel the need to. First time going to this office and was very displeased. Calling for an appointment over the phone, the front desk was very helpful and understanding (polite at front desk when I arrived also). But when I got to the chair I felt unwelcomed. I'm used to going to doctor offices where the doctors and assistants are very friendly and make small talk (even ask how my day was). I received nothing, not even a hello. When the doctor arrived, I had no clue who he was because he did not introduce himself. I am normally the type of person that will shake the doctors hand and we exchange names, so we have a sense of at least what are names are! This doctor was rude and replied to me with a sarcastic response I was very surprised to hear. They said to come back if I have problems, I will not be going back. I will be driving 3 hours to my hometown to make sure this doctor did not mess up my teeth, since I did not get fixed what I planned to get fixed.
