Each time I saw Dr. Horton, I left with a prescription that was consistently wrong and would have to return for a second or third visit. After 5 years of repeated problems, I finally realized it was not the opticians who were at fault in measuring for my glasses, it was the actual prescriptions! I could share repeated problems which occurred. On my last visit, I was even given a completely wrong contact lens prescription and fortunately noted it before I left the building. It took another 10 minutes to get the correct one printed. The manager of the of one of the vendors who filled my prescription shared that she always cringed when she received a prescription from this practice because patients often had problems with it.
