Really long wait for appt. most of the time, regardless of what your appt time is. The first time I was there I waited for an hr and 15 minutes past my appt time to be seen. This is not the biggest problem I have with them though. I was set to have surgery, went in to have my pre op, went back, they acted as if everything was normal, and by the time the dr cam back 30 minutes later mind you, he came in and told me they were not going to take my insurance because they filed it wrong when I first

An incredible doctor who is still a truly compassionate human being. I couldn't have put my daughter in better hands! So grateful we found him!

Dr Hibbert is fantastic. I've been seeing him on and off for over 3 years. I've never had an issue with any service rendered.Great at explaining things and a very stand up guy. I can't ask for a better specialist. Addressing other reviews, his staff is unfriendly and could do better. When scheduling an appointment make sure you will be seeing Dr hibbert and nobody else. The office is owned by Physicians group of Utah, so he doesn't have much say in who works in the office.

My wife suffers from Interstitial Cystitis and we went to see him his PA performed a cystoscopy right in the office NO DR PRESENT we then scheduled surgery to remove a tumor from her bladder while he was removing the tumor he attempted a hydro distension to stretch her bladder which did nothing but rip her bladder to shreds at 240 ccs of fluid and of course the cameras were magically broken he is a quack that made her already painful bladder worse so please dont go there for IC he knows nothing!

Dr. Hibbert was great. I ultimately left because of the staff there. They were not customer service oriented at all I will never go back to this office nor will I recommend them to anyone. I called on multiple occasions and left messages and neve heard back. I was in so much pain and they treated me like I wasn't. I also waited over an hour to get into my appointments

my first office was scheduled with no issues at all. I was seen with little waiting. The surgery scheduler was very pleasant and helpful. Dr Hibbert is very pleasant and explains everything so that it can be understood. He is very easy to speak with and very patient. The day of Surgery in pre op his bed side manner was great, he took the time to insure I was comfortable and set my mind at ease. we were able to exchange some jokes. He was not rushed took his time.

Had my vasectomy done, no problems. I was really worried about it too. Very good experience. And it worked too because no more kids 3 years later!

I would not recommend anyone to Dr. Hibbert because his office is run so poorly. He has young inexperienced staff, a receptionist who takes ownership of nothing and they over schedule patients causing long wait times.

Dr. HIbbert provided the care and services I was looking for. He is thorough and took the time to address my questions and concerns. He checked in with me before and after procedures. He also followed up with testing to prevent future problems. My only negative experience has been with his staff. They are not caring or driven to help the patients. They act like it is just a JOB.

Dr. Hibbert is a straight forward, caring, and compassionate doctor. He was an excellent surgeon and that made my recovery faster and less painful. He is open and easy to talk to.

I found him to be caring, smart, great at explaining issues, and a person who listens.
