Left my dentist of 20 years due to his taking a long term client for granted. Found out he wasn’t using cutting edge technologies e.g. doing an entire mold for a single crown replacement. Not using the newest type of crown material for longevity and wear. Because my dental history is a long one ... crowns, implants, TMJ surgery as well as an emotional one ... cracked crowns and mandated tooth removal due to mistake by my doctor .... I searched for weeks ... reading reviews. I would call a prospective dental office just to see how their front desk handled potential clients. A few examples of what I encountered “we can’t get to your call right now ... but we will call you back when we can” (at 10:12 am); “hello ... can you hold”? (Click). You would be surprised how many businesses don’t realize how integral their receptionist is to a potential client’s initial impression of their entity.
