Dr. Harkness saw us for about 4 months. In that time there was no plan for care, no follow ups, nothing. He also "ghosted" us after telling us to text his phone for appointments and not call the clinic front desk. Would have appreciated at least an "I don't think I can help you, here are some other references" message, but no.
