I’m going to be looking for another PCP. I have to many medical issues and have been canceled and rescheduled multiple times. He is a very nice doctor and knows what he is doing but he is out of office a lot.

I am a distant relative of Dr. Hardy. I was born in Bay springs, Mississippi.

This doctor is always canceling appts and then reschedule for two months later my parents have to wait and wait for refills to be sent in . But they sure don’t forget to charge the insurance ????????‍♀️????

I been a patient going on 25 years , it's been hard on me , getting the appointment date right ,am set back 2 months now ,,I hope everything is ok in his office .I hope to see him soon .

Love the Doctor

I have scheduled an appointment 3 times and all have been canceled. An October, January and now March appointment. I took time off of work and the staff tells me there's nothing they can do except reschedule. I'll be seeing another physician going forward. They keep canceling my appointment for the past 5 months, almost 6. I never receive their phone calls, but some how get their voicemails hours later. Besides when I do call after class/work, they never answer due to the office always being closed that day. This has happened 4 times. When I see the doctor, he is very kind and intelligence man but this waiting and unablitiy to get an appointment is so frustrating I'm considering on moving on. Dr Hardy is caring and patient, takes the time to explain things and takes care of all your needs in one visit. It may be hard to get an appointment soon as youd like, and it gets rescheduled alot because hes out but if you have no urgent needs hes a great doctor and those are hard to find. Urgent care can take care of urgent needs.

Okay, im new to this area and needed to find a family doctor that is in network with my insurance. I have a newborn and my wife has medical concerns so i need to get them into a doctor. I called around and Dr hardy's office said they were taking new patients with my insurance and i just needed to come in and fill out paperwork. I do the 30 min drive to their office and am greeted by the receptionist that informs me They are taking new patients but it is a 3 month wait for new patients... A THREE MONTH WAIT!! Seriously, If you have a three month wait, then stop taking new patients and thanks for wasting my time and gas, you coild have told me that over the phone???? Appointments are never on time. Always waiting an hour to one hour and a half. Today going on two hours. Ridiculous. Doesn't matter what time of year

You wait for weeks for an appointment, hours for your visit once you are in the office, and you hope it's a day the Doctor feels like showing up for work. Worst experience I've ever had with a family physician and it's happened more than once. Won't be happening to me again. Save your time and money and find a better practice.
