This was years ago when I to his Gainesville Office. I had to wait over two hours. His receptionist was so on organized. They kept apologizing that I had to wait. I was OK, no big deal things happen. My right gland was enlarged. No meds, nothing was prescribed. COME BACK IN A FEW WEEKS. He opened up in Lake City, Fl. New office location. I was eight minutes late. He had his receptionist come out and tell me that he was not going to see me because I was eight minutes late. This is the first time I’ve been to the new office, so therefore I had a hard time finding it. No I had no phone map at that time. It took an hour to get their new location. I missed the turn and I ended up being eight minutes late and he would not see me. I had my grand daughter with me, we couldn’t believe it. I just walked out and said that will be the last time I ever dart my butt in that door.

I called to try to make an appointment, unfortunately I got somebody very impatient to take on the phone. I gave it up..!

From the consultation/ pre-op visit/ surgery/ to the post-op follow up visit Dr. Hall was a top notch professional. It was obvious he and his medical assistant are a team. Explanations and questions were answered and I highly recommend his services.

I was so pleased with my visit to Dr. Hall. When I tell you he was literally the best doctor that I have ever visited, I'm not messing around. First of all, I have anxiety and can get irrationally worked up. Annoying quality, I know. He was so assuring and so calming throughout his non invasive inspection. He took his time to thoroughly answer all of my questions regarding an issue I've been dealing with for years. He's actually going to revise a mistake made previously by a shoddy, well known, and overrated (my opinions) Gainesville doctor. I couldn't be more trusting entering into a procedure that Dr. Hall would be performing, regardless of my past negative experience. He is so genuine, kind, and helpful. It's kind of cool because I never would have imagined virtually passing out in a doctor's office and still being able to leave thinking that it was a great experience! 10/10 would recommend I was so pleased with my visit to Dr. Hall. Very helpful and talks to you about your medical needs very friendly explains things very well I do recommend him to people

Dr Hall always has been truthful regarding my conditions and what to expect from chemo and treatment. Would not hesitate to recommend him to other patients.

Plastic surgery, functional or cosmetic is always a sensitive issue to write about. However, I have to say that Dr. Hall performed an amazing plastic procedure and I am very grateful. I highly recommend him for sinuplasty. Dr. Hall is a very caring plastic surgeon in Gainesville.

Dr. Hall is one of the best doctors out there! He's truly caring, compassionate, and a snappy dresser too. Lol! In all seriousness, after a 4 year fight with cancer, my Mom was getting tired and weary; Dr. Hall took so much time to make sure Mom felt heard, understood, and cared for. Overall, incredible experience with Dr Hall and all his staff. I’m a New patient and everything was smooth from booking my first appointment, to surgery. They saw me the same week and once I met Dr Hall I felt very confident he diagnosed my problem correctly. I was about to get surgery elsewhere and I found out that some of those procedures weren’t necessary. I wouldn’t have known if it wasn’t for Dr Hall. His PA, Alex is also fenomenal. I’m very thankful I ended up with Dr Hall. He’s great!

NEW PATIENTS BEWARE! If there's any advice you can take from a Google review today, then please read this review and take heed from my warning. The staff at the Accent ENT Office are completely disrespectful and incapable of providing even minimally acceptable customer service. I've made numerous complaints to their management and supervisor staff without any recognition or accountability on their behalf. My multiple problems have ranged from being spoken down to by scheduling staff and hung-up

My symptoms: dizziness and nausea . My experience with Dr. Hall was horrible: poor listener, jumps to conclusions, arrogant, and misdiagnosed me. During the brief intake, I mentioned I was also suffering from headaches and quickly dx me w/ "atypical migraines" without taking time to examine my ears and listen to my concerns. He refused to do hearing test. Five days later, I went back to my PCP and was diagnosed with a hearing infection in L ear and swollen nasal glands. How does ENT miss this?

Seemed like a nice guy... but, just got an explanation of benefits from Blue Cross Blue Shield Federal Employee Program. I went in due to sore throat and hoarseness...My father died of throat cancer... Doctor stuck a tiny tube in my nose for a few seconds, Billed as "surgery"!!! $290.00. Insurance only paid $124.35. Then besides the co-pay and additional office visit is on the bill of $25.65 + the difference of $290.00-$124.35=$124.35 so on top of co-pay owe the doctor $150.00! The doctor did not inform me that the few seconds of looking with a tiny tube/scope would be "surgery" and thus expensive... Thanks Doc! Please "Warn" your other victims of this insurance rip off!!! I won't be back for any expensive "surgical" follow up with that scope that is paid for on the backs of unsuspecting patients. Thanks. Need to change your billing codes as a test for exam...NOT SURGERY! You may not have anything to do with the billing, but, you need to be made aware that patients also suffer financially... My son had surgery in May 2016, and the office wanted us to prepay his portion, which we did, over $2,000.00. Now, in March of 2017, we are still fighting to get all the bills covered, because their office should NOT have collected that money. They screwed the billing up so badly, the deductible was never shown as met, and all the other bills, facility fees, other physicians and lab work were kicked back as not having met the deductible. It has taken over four months to $1,000 back, once we figured out their error, and they still have over $800 due to us. The office staff has turned over so much, we are now on our third "account specialist" that refuses to take our calls or return messages. With each new person, the response is "Oh, we'll get to the bottom of this" only to lead to unanswered calls and messages. This office is horrible, buyer beware! Excellent! Dr. Hall was very caring and patient, taking time to establish a relationship of trust before I elected to undergo what I considered ...major cosmetic surgery. His work was excellent, his office staff was fabulous, and his professionalism right on. I highly recommended him to others. After three unsuccessful surgeries to correct a significant nose defect from a cancer removal it was suggested to drive to Gainesville to see Dr. Hall and I'm so glad I did. Although their office wasn't going to be accepting my insurance, they worked with me and my insurance company to get extended coverage beyond the end date of their contract with the insurance company. The surgery was a breeze compared to the first three surgeries (no nausea and vomiting post-op, less pain/discomfort, quicker recovery) and most importantly a much better outcome (I don't have repeated questions of "What happened to you?" or "What's that?" ) . Do NOT allow them to force you to pay your deductible BEFORE surgery. I had surgery in May of 2016, and in March of 2017, I am still trying to get our $2,000 that they overcharged me back. They will now not answer calls or return phone messages. Because they screwed up the billing so badly, all other bills, from the facility, labs, etc. came due because it showed I did not meet our deductible and went to credit collection. Dr. Hall - FIX YOUR STAFF!
