Caring staff excellent Dr

God directed me to Dr. Franklin and he has not disappointed me. I have lots of confidence in him. He really knows what he is doing. He does not rush you to make decisions regarding additional surgeries. You can actually talk to him and he listens. J Flott

Dr. Franklin is an excellent doctor. He has treated my whole family including surgeries for my kids ears. He has helped us with multiple ear conditions including mastoidectomy, cholesteatoma , chronic ear infections, allergies, sinusitis, scuba diving ear problems, and on and on….. He has the experience to help with all these conditions. Super person who cares about you deeply as a patient. Very careful to provide a pain free exam. Also, very prompt and quick exam times too. Dr. Franklin listened to me…. No sense of being in a hurry. Office staff was great too.

Dr. Franklin is an amazing doctor and skilled surgeon. I have massive ear problems and he has worked with me on a care plan to return me to a healthy state with my ear. I can’t recommend him highly enough. On top of being a great doctor, he is a very nice guy as well.

Love this place. Dr.Franklin it so helpful and attentive. Calls us at home to give us results. Does not have a nurse call. He real takes care of things. Hope he never retires!!!!

Part One, Dr. Franklin: I’ve been a patient of Dr. Daniel Franklin for a number of years. I really like him and enjoy my visits with him. He’s very affable and caring. I find him available when I need him. He’s a very capable physician in my opinion. I’m very pleased to have him on my team. I’m happy to award him 5 stars. Part Two, TEXAS E-N-T: When I found Dr. Franklin, he was at Rosewood ENT which was a very efficient, friendly clinic. Then Rosewood merged with TEXAS E-N-T and moved into new offices on Katy Freeway and many people left unhappy with the big changes. At that point I could see that in my opinion TEXAS E-N-T is what I describe as a corporation selling medical care. Not vice versa. While the staff are polite and helpful 95% of the time, I have had a few encounters with corporate red tape that were very frustrating supporting my earlier assertion that I see the bottom line is corporate dollars. I will forever be indebted to Dr. Franklin. He was monitoring the nodules on my thyroid and knew exactly when to send me for a biopsy- which resulted in removing my complete thyroid. I have been cancer free for 3 1/2 years. Thank you will never be enough for my gratitude to Dr. Franklin. We also attended high school together at SWHS, we won’t say how many years ago that was.
