Dr. Daniel Fleming

I was very happy with Dr. Fleming’s Extensive knowledge On my condition everyone was very welcoming and would recommend to anyone looking for a nose your throat doctor.

Avoid Dr. Fleming. I went to visit for a referral for an audiologist for a hearing condition I have due to a genetic disease affecting collagen type IV. Dismissing my 15yr experience with my condition and with his back to me, he said I most likely had a brain tumor. A whole month later the audiologist confirmed what I already knew - no tumor. My concerns with Dr. Fleming besides is misdiagnosis are his dismissive attitude towards a proactive educated patient, as well as, his bedside manner as he dismissively said I most likely had a brain tumor, with no effort to calm me or soften the news. I came during my working hours because i was told the doctor doesn't work on Mondays, my days off. It's been over 30 minutes since I arrived & I'm still in the waiting area. How unprofessional. They need to hire reliable employees. I need to find another office.

Super rude doctor and staff

appointment time January 29 2020 at 4pm. I went to the dr.fleming today and I ask him to clean out my nose because of the scar tissue. he refused to do anything. he thinks I have allergies and I don't. my last doctor burn the inside of my nose for nosebleeds. and I told him about the procedure and he refused to do anything. he is a horrible doctor. he does not care about my health don't go to him appointment time January 29 2020 at 4pm. I had my first appointment today with Dr. Fleming. I did not get to see him as I decided to leave the office. His examination room was disgustingly filthy. If this is any indication of his level of care I suggest you skip this office.

I went here about 3 years ago for immunotherapy, but ended up having to stop treatment because my work schedule didn't allow me to make it to their shot clinic times. I recently went back because my current job is more flexible, and I wanted to start the shots again. I saw Dr Flemming again on 08/13/2019, and he ordered the allergy test. I completed the allergy tests on 09/05/2019. I went to my follow up appointment on 09/12/2019, and he said that it showed that I was only allergic to dust. He wanted me to try using a HEPA air purifier for a few weeks and see if that helped. If not he said to call the office, and they would get me set up for immunotherapy. Well, I called back after using the air purifier because I wasn't seeing any improvement. They called me back today and said that he wasn't going to let me do the allergy shots because I was only allergic to dust, and he didn't think it would be effective, and that they could look at something like surgery. I explained that that was not what the doctor told me, and that he said I could do the allergy shots. Her only solution was for me to make another appointment (and pay another $70+) to talk with the doctor. That seems really shady to me like they are trying to get me to go with an expensive option to get more money out of me, especially since they won't even talk to the doctor about what he said without shelling out for another office visit. At the very least he lied to me about my treatment options. If the allergy shots we not an option he shouldn’t have said they were at my followup. I like this doctor never had no problems he is nice and he takes his time explaining the treatment very good.

Dr. fleming is extremely knowledgable and for this I would give him. A 5- star rating. The 4- star rating is for the rest of his staff. This is the most disorganized office I have ever been to. They are not familiar with the problems or treatment needs of the patients, they have no patience and some are downright rude. I brought an MRI to the office 1 week ahead of my appointment for the doctor to teview prior to my arrival and when I got there the doctor was shocked to find out that his staff had it in the office all that time and hadn’t given it to him. The person who did the specialized tests to R/Onmerniere’s disease shoukd be fired. She was that rude. If it weren’t for Dr. Fleming’s knowledge and experience I woukd certainly not return. He needs an office manager that can train up staff and monitor them for quality services. He woukd be busier than ever and have happy customers! The front desk lady was rude and the room we were taken to was dirty but dr flaming was awesome

Fabulous, will see no one else

HORRIBLE. I had a tonsillectomy done by Dr. Fleming. Procedure went okay but the care following the procedure was absolutely terrible. I went back to see the doctor one day after due to my swelling had inflamed my uvula so much that it scared me due to a could not breath in certain positions plus other concerns I had. When taken back I was only lectured by Nurse Ricardo that that this was all normal. With out even glancing at me he kept insinuating that i was over reacting and that everything was normal. After evaluation from the doctor he then prescribed a steroid injection and antibiotic. So obviously there was cause for concern. Nurse Ricardo did not say another word to me during the visit. I was only prescribe enough pain medication for a few days. I decided to call one day before I ran out and the on-call Doc Dr. Narsan refused to refill my pain medication. I was left with no pain medication only four days after my procedure. I was forced to get pain medication from my primary. Calling back on the 6th day to get pain medication they gave me the the run around and told me that my pain medication was too soon to fill and that I should use over the counter Motrin. I was tossed around while in the mean time I was in excruciating pain due to procedure. FINALLY ON DAY 9 after speaking with the coordinator and Administrator they gave me refills. DO NOT COME HERE FOR ANYTHING. RUDE STAFF, DR WILL NOT REFILL MEDICATION OR ALTERNATE MEDICATION IF IT IS NOT HELPING PAIN. STAY AWAY FROM THIS PLACE. HORRIBLE. I like Dr. Fleming, he is a great doctor and he did a fantastic job on my sinus surgery. The reason I am giving this place one star and never going there again is due to the rude, incompetent, and completely unprofessional staff of the second floor of this facility. Due to traffic, and the rain,I was a bit late to my appointment. The person that was going to administer my test was standing there apparently waiting to leave, saw that I made it there, and left the office right in front of me without acknowledging the fact that I showed up! The person that was still there refused to administer the test I needed to complete for Dr. Fleming for my follow up the next day as well and the staff kept asking me to reschedule even through I was right there! The person that left could have easily given me the test I needed but he chose to follow their 15 minute rule instead of trying to understand my situation and left me in the office like a piece of garbage. The staff on the second floor of this building do not deserve to work for such a good doctor as Dr. Fleming. Absolute horrible service and unprofessional behavior from the people who work here! Highly recommend him! Great doctor, very friendly and knows exactly what he's doing!

Dr.Fleming is great, my 6 year old has been under his care for 3 years and I highly recommend him.

I have recommended Dr. Fleming to my friends and family and they love the patience he has for his patients and he explains what might be the problem causing your sickness, if you need a shot you get it, your prescription and off you go to feel much better.
