The staff is always friendly and doctor is very good.

He lies to his patients. He berates you when you call him on call. He refuses to treat acute conditions. He’s worthless. Should’ve retired years ago.

Stay away, stay far away. He doesn’t care. He doesn’t know his patients. He lies.

Worthless doctor who babbles entire visit and does very little. Stay far far away!

Dr. Ferguson was belligerent with me and very condescending. He pretended to know all about my condition, but very much like the other reviews, he was just spouting propaganda back to me with no actual support or back up. After the visit, it made me wonder where he finished in his medical class. I know he graduated with a degree, but someone has to be bottom of the class, and I suspecting it was him. If you care about you or your family members, stay away from this guy at all costs. He is arrogant and stupid enough to cause you a great deal of harm.

I don't know where to start with this guy, first, I was overmedicated with steroids & antibiotics which led to a systemic fungal infection that he totally ignored even after I was having multiple health issues due to the infection. I had to go to a private doctor & pay out of pocket nearly $20,000 to recover. I was told by Ferguson I did not have sleep apnea for years & I was refused any kind of help for it. I went to another doctor in Butler who said I have sleep apnea & I needed to do something fast & more likely it caused a lot of health issues that could have been avoided if it was dealt with years ago. This office also lied to me on many documented occasions about blood work that was out of range, but claimed it was normal. When I complained to Ferguson about the lack of health care, he dropped me as a patient. If you care about your health or any of your family members health stay away from this guy. He's just arrogant enough & stupid enough to potentially cause you great harm.

Called just about every hour on the hour since 6/26/20 and can’t get anyone to answer the phone. I have a “my chart “ appointment tomorrow and can’t figure it out. Guess I won’t be present as you WONT ANSWER YOUR PHONE!!! Terrible office staff!!!

This office gets NO stars from me. I was there on 6/12/19 for the first time to get a wellness check. My insurance covers 100% for a wellness check. I even told the girl that was drawing my blood in that office to make sure they KNEW it was for a wellness check. Well i got a bill for lab because SOMEONE in the office didn't code my lab work correctly. The office manager wouldn't give my insurance a call back when they left a message. They at least called her 2 times to resolve this. They were even blaming Grove City Medical Center for coding if wrong. THE DRS OFFICE IS THE ONE THAT CODED THE LAB REQUISITION. This has been on going until now 1-9-2020. I have had the same insurance for the last 3 years and NEVER had a problem with my wellness check until I went here. If you want your coding to be correct I would advise you to look at your lab requisition to make sure you have the proper coding so you don't have the same issue. Oh now I am getting notice of going into collections because of this office. I have recently changed Dr. offices because of the SCREW UP that they wouldn't fix. Thank you for helping out your patients! They are AWFUL to deal with...blaming other people for their mistake! This office gets NO stars from me. This is a long overdue review. I've been a patient here for a little over 2 years, and not a very good one at that. I've missed appointments, failed to get labs done when required, showed up late, rescheduled multiple times, changed insurances then didn't have my new insurance info when showing up for appointments and on and on. Through it all, everyone in Dr. Ferguson's office has gone above and beyond to accommodate and work with my hectic and unpredictable work schedule. Not only that, the care I receive here is excellent. I move quite often and have seen doctors all over the country who have not provided the level of care I receive in this small town office. Incompetence doesn't begin to describe my experience! When I was there the staff keep telling me"don't worry we will not let you fall through the cracks" well they became the"crack" and let me down tremendously!!! However I am happy to report that After an extensive and exhaustive search I have finally found a real doctor, you know one who actually listened and took my complex and complete history into consideration. Which is more than I can say for slippery Rock primary Care. I sincerely hope that anyone reading this will take serious consideration about this Doctor if you value your health!!! They are the best!!

Professional MD. Extremely well practiced and educated. He gets busy, Tara is one of the physician assistant, she worked for a cardiologist for many years. He spends about 45 min or more with you for yearly physical/ check up. No BS.....straight up AMA and medical journal based decisions for your health. Top notch....!

i do not recommend this doctor. you make one small mistake and they dismiss you as a patient. the head of the office person also lies to her way. no one should ever go there. it is to bad their front office personnel are completely off the their rocker, dr. ferguson is a ok guy
