Horrible Doctor and office, this office made claims to my insurance company on things they haven’t completed. The voicemail stay full, they don’t answer the phones. The only reason someone called me from they office is because my insurance contacted them. After the insurance contact they still billed me wrong and added services that was not completed on me… I WILL NOT RECOMMEND THIS OFFICE TO MY PET….. this has been going on since August of 2021

He cut my foot open in all areas that needed repair but did nothing. No metal either. Charged my insurance Co a ton and makes you sign that you won't sue him before surgery. Afterwards he charts that you were very satisfied. A total lie ! I let him know how unhappy I was/ am.

Dr Feitz is an EXCELLENT DR and for the 2 people that think he isn't, Excellent at his job well I can show you "SOME BAD DOCTORS" Yeah & I mean the type that only want to "CUT ON YA"!! Keep up the Excellent work Dr Feitz you're a Great podiatrist & the "Best around in my Book ???????????????? . You're the BOMB!!!! We need more Doctor's out there like you. While I was in the office Dr Feitz was nice and seemed genuinely concerned. My husbands appointment was great but they forgot his prescriptions and failed to call it in after numerous attempts. His office staff seemed very disorganized. This office is also hard to reach by phone. They do not call with appointment reminders.

I witnessed several Hippa violations, and infection control was a disgrace. I was outsourced by the VA for service connected disability. I was made to obtain my own records because staff wouldn't fax for them. Now I'm being billed for xray I already had, not to mention all services are covered by the Va but apparently now I am supposed to be in charge of that too.
