Most sensible doctor I have met in ages! Very professional, explains options and recommended treatments, accepts “no, not that , not now/yet” - a rare and WONDERFUL trait! Provides alternative treatment options and information easily, pleased to have met him.

Dr. Featherstone decided that I had a condition that he would treat with ibuprofen. He was mean and condescending. After I kept on insisting that I needed an MRI and finally had it, turns out that what I had was not even close to what he had diagnosed and not treatable with ibuprofen.

He was extremely unprofessional and mean. He literally said that he would not offer any cures but just prescribe a pill. Anyone seeking help should avoid this man and he should not be a doctor.

I will tell you what. I am not a huge fan of doctors or medical offices, as I've a history of short, inconclusive answers from most, that cost me a lot of money. However, in this case I've been extremely lucky, and consider myself blessed, to have found Dr. Featherston. Though he is a "just the facts, maam" sort, he is incredibly diligent, invested, and knowledgeable. He is also quick to return calls and messages, and I am thrilled over him.

Dr. Featherston is my husbands PCP. I attended his most recent visit with him and I was so impressed. We were shown into the office room promptly and the doctor came in within minutes. We weren't kept waiting at all (something I've not experienced before). His staff is friendly, cheerful & made us feel right at home. He's obviously a good doctor to work for. Dr. Featherston took his time, was thorough, didn't rush us, listened closely to what we had to say and he happily answered all the questions we had. Lab tests were needed for this visit and when the results were in, Dr. Featherston personally called us at 7:00 a.m. with the results. I would describe him as kind, very caring, knowledgeable and patient. My husband is fortunate to have him as his primary care physician. I'm happy Dr. Featherston's is his doctor too. If I didn't love my own PCP, I would consider switching doctors!
