Dr. Chelius was professional, caring, and has provided excellent treatment to my family on multiple occasions. I have seen other ENTs before; Dr. Chelius is the best.

Dr. Chelius was the perfect doctor to remove a large cyst from my son’s neck. He was funny, eased my son’s fears, helped put my husband and I at ease and carried out the procedure expertly. My son’s scar is minimal and he healed very quickly thanks to Dr. Chelius. I highly recommend him.

FRAUDULENT! The physician seemed well informed and professional. However, billing was a complete nightmare. The physician documented that he completed a procedure on my daughter, which was not done as he recommended against it. I have tried for nearly a year to be refunded for this and have been told on several occasions "a check will be in the mail tomorrow". Here we are a year later and no refund. This is straight up fraud for a medical professional to document and bill for a procedure that was never performed. Calling the office is an absolute waste of time, I get transferred to a nurse manager who says she'll escalate to her manager and never does. Both of my kids see Dr Chelius and I couldn't ask for a better ENT! He is patient, understanding, explains things thoroughly and has great bedside manner! We moved and I will continue to drive the 2 hrs one way for their check ups!

Dr. Chelius is amazing. He performed ear tube surgery on both my children. My youngest has to get in immediately and he worked with his staff to get her into surgery within a week during our appointment. The entire process for both was easy and straightforward. Highly recommend him and his team!!!!

Great bedside manners, very informative! He makes you feel at ease on treatment or surgery options. Highly recommended! He's friendly and know how interact with his patients.

Dr. Chelius is one of the best doctors we have ever been to. Of course he was great interacting with my child, but he was also great helping us understand the forthcoming procedure. Have taken my son to him since birth. He placed ear tubes and did an amazing job! His bedside manners are superb! I love that Dr.Chelius is conservative and patient. He also clipped my daughters tongue tie when she was 4 weeks old. Overall a great doctor!

incompetent and dishonest

Dr. Chelius is seriously amazing! Super down to earth and honest. We felt so comfortable having him perform our child's biopsy. As worried parents we felt we could trust him, and that's huge! Texas Childrens staff are great too!

Dr. Chelius is the BEST...finding out my son needed surgery was the scariest. My son had two surgeries with Dr. Chelius, at age 3 and then again at 4 years. I felt at ease because it felt good to be treated with professionalism and care. Bedside manner has always been excellent. Pre and Post of both surgeries went smooth and were successful. We were extremely impressed with Dr Chelius. His bedside manner is professional and well connected. His knowledge and expertise is reliable. He has children of his own so he had empathy and understanding of your needs. And his reputation is well spoken. Every person we spoke to at the TCH the day of our daughters surgery spoke very highly of him. Everyone said he is one of the best and fastest. We experienced an incredibly fast surgery and fantastic customer service. If you are looking for someone to handle your child's ear tubes, I definitely recommend him.
