Daniel Chadwick

I have been seeing Dr Daniel Chadwick for around 15 years. He cares about his patients and makes sure they are heard. I have seen others in the practice when i couldn't get in to see him and was happy with everyone I've seen.

Best care that you can have. Always right there when needed. Keeps me healthy. Office and staff are fantastically trained and receptionist staff Always are attentive to your needs.

They don't communicate well and Dr Chadwick has a don't care personality. Switched doctors and they figured out what was wrong with me.

Poor quality service. Will be consulting with an attorney to see if there is enough evidence to file a medical malpractice law suit. Will also be filing complaints with all licensing agencies. Avoid this practice if you value your own or a loved ones medical wellbeing.

Can’t ever get your medications, they don’t answer or return voicemails. Horrible way to care for patients. Been waiting on my prescription since my appointment last Wednesday 5 days ago. Patient care advocate has been contacted numerous times and still nothing gets done. You would think staff, better yet a physician would know it’s dangerous to have their patients abruptly stop medications, especially ones who have depression. Shame on them! Much more than just a doctor

I've been seeing Doctor Chadwick for around 10 yrs now. He's a good doctor & is very easy to talk to. He's friendly, & cares about his patients.

Didn't seem to listen. Did not enjoy my experience...

Did not listen to my symptoms and prescribed me a antidepressant that made me worse. Told me I was bipolar when I don't have that diagnosis at all or the symptoms. Just assumed and wouldn't listen. Awful experience.

Worst Doctor every, I have left message after message about not having any blood pressure medicine, four days and still no return phone call, finally called back and they let me speak to Chelsea who said they are short staffed and couldn't return my call. I would think twice before going to this place. They treat you like cattle. wouldn't take my dog to them. I always have a good experience when I go to Dr.Chadwick’s office. Doctor Chadwick is amazing, friendly, and very professional. Worst doctor around loves to push pain meds and mental pills. Must be getting a great $$. Off his prescriptions.

Great doctor...really cares and I have went in without an appointment and been seen within 30 min.

Been going here for years and I feel comfortable with the docs and NPs. Dr. Chadwick and Dr. Dunn are great. They have pretty flexible scheduling and they are knowledgeable when answering questions. I dont feel brushed to the side or rushed. When my baby is born , she willbe seeing Chadwick as he is great with lil ones.

Rude office staff. Overbill for yearly visit.

First of all, it's rare that anyone actually answers the phone. Leaving a message does absolutely nothing even if important medications are needed. Staff is not the friendliest. Overall, would not recommend this office.

Dr. Chadwick really cares about his patients.

I love the attention to detail he pays to his patience. And the staff is ever so helpful. They take my health care into consideration and help me coeordinate to be a better person.

Dr Chadwick is an excellent doctor and all of my experiences with appointments have been excellent. I have worked in a technical role in the medical field for decades and I know when I am not getting straight info. Dr Chadwick is usually running very nearly on time with little or no waiting and his diagnostic skills are well-honed. He is friendly, he listens and engages. He never seems to be in a hurry during your exam. I have had an unusual knee issue twice this year that causes pain that only interrupts my sleep nightly.and I finally went in. He gave me a probable diagnosis, laid out a treatment plan and gave me 2 scripts to help the pain and inflammation at night. I had uninterrupted sleep last night and was rested & ready for work today! I also pay all my outpatient services out-of-pocket and he and his staff are great at giving me info on imaging & lab providers who deeply discount for cash paid when services are rendered. They also have a PA who has extended afternoon hours for those times you really need to see a medical professional today. Improves the practice’s ability to provide same-day care. For 8 years he has been my PCP. He takes great care of me, listens to my concerns, and treats me respectfully. He's the best doc I've ever had!

This practice is clearly discriminating against accepting new patients who have Medicare. Elderly who have EARNED their right to use Medicare. Paid into the system for decades. Several of my family members already go here. We wanted to add another FAMILY member who also uses Medicare, but they wouldn't allow it. Clearly this isn't a FAMILY practice if they won't allow all FAMILY members be patients here. You should be ashamed of yourselves. Great everything about the whole process from the scheduling through follow ups, and Dr Chadwick is a super person who really talkes to you and listens.

Great doctor, staff and office location. Wife uses Dr Dunn, who is also a great doctor. Can't go wrong with either of these doctors at this location.

I think Chelsea is a wonderful nurse she was very professional and keep me and my husband laughing I been with Dr Dan Chadwick for 8 years now returning back, awesome team Thank you Crystal & Nolon

Burleson Local Reviewer- Being new to Burleson I needed to find a doctor after I was injured. This was one of the only places in town that could see me as a new patient in the same day and after I got off work. Most other places wanted me to wait a few days and would not see me after 4pm as a new patient. I am very thankful for this office because they got me in quick and were super helpful and friendly. Dr. Chadwick is very personable, and he takes the time to listen to all of your concerns. After experiencing past frustrations with dismissive doctors and rushed visits, Dr. Chadwick was a welcome change! I highly recommend him for all of your medical needs!

Dr. Chadwick is the best! He is so caring, and treats you like an equal rather than talk “down” to you. His assistant, Maureen, is very helpful, and they have always taken such good care of me when other doctors, including my surgeon, has not. If Dr Chadwick is ever out of the office, which is hardly ever, he has a physician’s assistant, who is also great.

Excellent doctor. He always takes time to explain things and gives me an opportunity to ask questions. I've never felt rushed and never left his office with unanswered questions. His staff is extremely helpful and very friendly. My wife is a health care provider and said a doctor like Dr. Dunn is difficult to find.

Foremost I liked him; easy to talk to; seemed caring; even asked if I needed prayer. But after having some blood work done for my diabetes his nurse called with the results. She also said Dr Chadwick was dismissing me, suggested a couple of places to go since I had no insurance. Sooo, it appears if you are cash pay, he doesn't want to treat you!! I haven't been back.
