I had a talk with one of the office managers and Dr. Cartledge several months ago. I can honestly say that things seem o have improved a great deal. I love the doctor and really didn't want to find another one.

Absolutely the worst pain management office in Delray Beach. Office personnel and office manager totally unprofessional. Don’t ever expect a call back from Dr Cartledge. The worst staff I have ever encountered…so disrespectful…I wouldn’t give it 1 star…????

I visited Dr. Cartledge for the first time on Monday 11/24/21. I am a 75 year old Parkinsons's patient with other chronic pain. The fact that he took me in one days notice was a miracle unto itself! I was recommended by my primary care doctor plus Delray Hospital. I have worked for many years for an internist and as a receptionist and biller for Long Island Jewish Hospital in New York. I have met and heard about many doctors along the way. I do not usually post many comments but I must tell anyone who reads this that an angel must get their wings each time they visit Dr. Cartledge. The staff was courteous, comforting, and extremely bright. The minute I met the Doctor I knew immediately he was who I needed. I cannot recommend this man with a higher grade that exceeds infinity. He is caring, compassionate, intelligent and gives your mind a better mental attitude when you are leaving even though he is there to help you with your pain. He put me on a program which I should have been on years ago (to my ignorance) but I am glad I waited otherwise I would not have met him. I am telling anyone who needs a pain management doctor to please contact his office and your mind and body will go home feeling comforted and assured that you are truly being taken care of by a doctor that is there to HELP YOU!! Again, I recommend him for any age 8-to 100!!! Many doctors can take lessons from just listening to him explain any question you ask him. Dr Cartledge is fabulous, caring and friendly, but getting through to the office in Delray is impossible! I've been trying to reschedule my appointment for weeks and can't get through. The one time I actually spoke to a human, I was told that someone would call me back. That never happened

I'd leave zero but that is not an option. First appointment, arrived half hour early to fill out paperwork, after one hour plus, still was not seen. Had to leave to go to wok. Rescheduled for 8/30 at 4;30 PM. Receptionist (Evelyn wrote on card), arrive 15 minutes early. I arrived at 4:11 PM, clearly more than 15 minutes early and was told they canceled my appointment because I was not there at 4. Explain please??? The they do not answer the phone. Leave a message, we are busy taking excellent care of another patient????? No they are not. They are busy ignoring and treating badly another patient. If at all, or maybe they all decided they wanted to go home early. Playing with peoples health is not a sign of a good doctor's office.

Friendly staff,no long wait times, they do a great job!

I went for a consolation and then an steroid/lidocaine injection for pain in my left hip which didn't help and then I went for an epidural a week ago. My pain is still severe and I have left 3 messages for a call back and have not received it. I am so disappointed not having any relief or a response from the office.

Dr. Cartledge has the midas touch. love him, absolutely love him and his staff.

Can't say enough good things for Dr. Cartledge, his assistant Christine & all the staff. Professional, personable & courteous. My previous two pain management MD's can't hold a candle.

I have been seeing Dr,. Cartledge for several years. He is always kind and compassionate. I get periodic injections in my SI joint and my lumbar spine. I can't speak highly enough about him and his entire staff. If you expect a cure all, don't see him. That is often unrealistic. Never the less he helps me with my pain and it always a pleasant experience.

I have been to see Dr Cartledge 3 times, once for consult, second time for steroid injections in my lower back and third time for epidural, all of which gave me no relief from my pain. After epidiral I broke out in hives, called the office several times and never received call back. Not a great way for physician to respond to his patients.

Rarely see Dr Cartledge. Seen monthly by a p.a. Who is less than competent.

Love my Doc C, he is the greatest pain management doctor on the planet. He has been treating me for 3 years now,I would never go to anyone else. He is excellent in his field!

I have chronic pain and my PCP left her practice. I was very concerned with going to a pain clinic as I've had very negative experiences with others including one that was about to perform surgery on my back without taking me off blood thinners. Dr. Cartledge took me under his wing when my neurologist could no longer treat my migraines and CDH due to law changes in Florida. He understands migraines and CDH and is very good at treatment. I was worried because usually Doctors brush off the disorder but he takes me seriously and I am very grateful. His staff is amazing. Young brilliant doctor who isn't afraid to try new things to improve his patients quality of life. A+++ Ps he is the only dr. That was able to talk me into neck injections

He listens carefully to you as you try to explain your pain. He helped me delete Oxycontin as one of my pain medications! He is highly skilled at spinal injections. The IV Myer's cocktail is also a bi-weekly relief. I am so grateful to have found such a caring, effective pain management doctor.
