The third day I got a call back and was told my insurance wasn't covered even though it was and she said, well what exactly do u expect him to do? What do u think he can actually do? I had to tell her my medical issues and she isn't a doctor just for her to say she will consult him and see if he will see me to not waste my time. Not the professionalism expected of staff from a doctor with these credentials.
