I've been coming to IPCC for a long time. I have many skeletal issues but the worst being severe spinal stenosis and they help alleviate the pain. Mike is the PA I see all the time and is very caring. Their surgical center where I get steroid injections is ran very well and very clean. They always get me in on time for my appointments and procedures. I would recommend IPCC.

I’ve been a patient of IPCC since the late 90s.The very first visit Dr Burkhead explained things a the layman’s level so I could understand what exactly was going on with me. The time and care this organization takes to ensure its patients receive the proper care always astounds me since the rest of the world is doing the quick in/out dr visits. Dr Burkhead has a great beside manner during his injection procedures he’s always on point and talks like we’re family. Dr Eastman has a truly gentle and friendly bedside manner to his visits as well. I hate going to drs. But Dr Eastman has always put me at ease and always ensures he’s doing the best for me and always always asks of I understand everything and if he can help with anything else. I tell everyone they need to go to my pain people. The entire office from front desk to back office are always professional yet very friendly. A GREAT GREAT Organization.

I have been going to Innovative Pain Care Center for a few years now, and I am very satisfied with their service. Both Dr. Dzung and his P.A.Mike Eastman are very knowledgeable about my cervical and lumbar stenosis. They are also very caring and take great interest in my pain management. I feel that without them I would be experiencing pain at a much higher level. I would not hesitate to recommend them to anyone suffering from back pain.

The office is efficient and friendly. The room was clean and organized. I was greeted by receptionist and the wait time was short. The Dr was thorough and explained so I could understand. He ordered more tests to rule out other possible causes. I feel confident that my issues are being resolved and without the need for drugs.

Dr.Eastman, his nurse, and front office staff are always welcoming and helpful. Coming to this doctor makes me feel like they are willing to take care of my medical needs and concerns.

I missed a day of work for my appointment and they Wouldn't see me because they said it was for a follow-up when I called to make the appointment I told them it was for my neck and said they never received my referral my Dr's office said they sent it what a waisted day ????

My experience with my PA and the doctor has always been great. The office staff is difficult on the phone and I am not ever sure if messages that are left for PA’s or the doctors are received since I cannot seem to receive a call back with questions or concerns.

The staff at Innovative Pain Care Center are concerned about my back pain management. I have had several epidural shots to help ease my back pain. I see Mike at the Cheyenne location Mike is super and so is the staff.

I have had 3 different specialists/doctors since I've been coming to IPCC and each of them have been knowledgeable, personable, attentive, and most of all caring of my condition.

Dr. Dzung is professional, kind and exceptionally relatable. He cares about his patients. I had a situation arise after a procedure, and he took the time to contact me outside of office hours to address my issues, as well as treat them. He’s absolutely wonderful. Thanks Dr. Dzung.

This is the only pain doctor that has ever helped manage my pain. They're amazing and have multiple options available for pain relief, not just pain meds. I only take Flexeril now, it's a muscle relaxer and get Radio Frequency annually. Great doctors and nurses.

I have had a very painful chronic disease for 45 years. I have had 17 orthopedic surgeries including a complete spinal fusion. I’m pleased to report that Dr. Wu has changed my level of well-being by periodic injections. I’m so grateful for his kindness and understanding. I feel I have a friendly advocate instead of an adversary, because suspicion and paranoia are frequently encountered in pain centers because of the opioid epidemic. Innovative Pain Care lives up to its name, but I would add Compassionate in the title. Thank you????

Great first visit. Front desk staff is very nice and compassionate and my doctor spent a lot of time listening to me and also explaining to me issues I am facing that the last pain management provider never bothered to mention. I have been a patient at Innovative Pain Care Center since we moved to the Vegas area from Phoenix approximately 10 years ago. I have been seeing Dr. Zhung, 2 PA's, and a NP with several degrees. Unfortunately, the NP has just decided to "retire" from there, which was a loss to me. She and I were able to talk in a great patient/caregiver way. The front office and MA's are friendly and personable. There is a change in staff there also, but having worked in a physician's office, I realize that is not unusual. My only complaint is that if I can't be seen in my preferred location the other offices are a distance for me to drive. I'm very grateful though that staff is willing to find another appointment time for me when necessary.

A very nice facility, Extremely nice and professional staff the doctor was really nice and listened to all my concerns an came up with a treatment plan immediately and set up procedure dates so I’m looking forward to returning And getting started with the first procedure. I have been looking in Las Vegas for over a year for a good facility to do a radio frequency ablation for the nerves in my back. This is a five star facility for sure. Thanks, Dave

I have really enjoyed the patient care from Mike, Dr. Burkhead, and their staff. They're always kind and helpful. They have stuck to the treatment plan I am comfortable woth and don't push past that. Mike really takes his time and answers all my questions, never seems like he is in a rush which is amazing. Thank you all for your kindness! Also a thanks to their surgery scheduler I believe Julia (im sorry so bad with names!) But she is so nice and always gets back to me when I call. Thank you all for the amazing kindness I've received over the last year. Was nervous to go to a pain management office due to things I have heard and you all have proven that wrong!

I can’t say how much I love Dr. Wu’s work ethic and care he has for his patients. Was able to find relief from my pain with just a few steroid shots. Within a day, 90% of my pain was gone and I could now hold my cup of coffee again and do many things I couldn’t do before that. Thank you, Dr. Wu. You really care about your patients and it shows. Dr. Burkhead takes time with patients, appointments are on time, does not rush the appointment, respects his patients. He actually listens. I would recommend Dr. Burkheaf to anyone who needs pain management.
