I cannot say enough wonderful things about my experience with Dr. Burchfield (and I am a nurse, so I am picky). I have had A LOT of work done at his office and he is very knowledgeable, personable and treats every patient like they are the only patient he has that day. His staff are top notch, kind, and I feel very safe and well cared for in the office. He sent me out for an additional procedure to Dr. Parrish in Elizabethtown, KY and I would NOT recommend that route to anyone, but, otherwise, Dr. Burchfield's care was absolutely outstanding. Dr. Burchfield is a kind, caring and skilled dental surgeon who performed a dental implant on me. He, his wonderful assistant and outstanding staff made the whole experience an A+ one for me. I highly recommend them to you.

I had a wonderful experience getting a dental implant from Dr Burchfield at OMS. He is a kind, caring and skilled dental surgeon, who takes the time to answer all questions thoroughly. His assistant and staff are outstanding also. I highly recommend him and them to you!

I cannot say enough good things about Dr Burchfield. Like a lot of people, going to a dentist was not something I relished. Oral surgery seemed the stuff of nightmares. My childhood experiences were rough, often, long and frustrating. My tooth enamel was soft for medical reasons and my mouth was full of fillings, despite brushing, flossing, no soda, restricted snacks and taking all sorts of supplements. Dr. B never made me feel self conscious. He was perfectly kind and gracious and his work is magical! His gentle manner and thorough explanations set me completely at ease. When both implants were completed, i felt as if I was leaving a good friend. Here! Here! Dr. Daniel Burchfield! You are a prince and a marvelous surgeon! Dr Burchfield listens carefully, and addresses any questions. He is gentle and caring. Office staff is well trained and they all work well together. I have never had any pain with procedures in his office. I have great confidence in his care, (even though i prefer not to need his services)!

The office staff is awful. They are rude and completely disorganized. I would recommend finding a different provider than these guys if at all possible. Edit after response - Your waiting 4 years to respond and being unable to find the record is pretty much on par with the service provided. And I assure you, I was a patient of a female doctor at your practice. She left on maternity leave right after the surgery and couldn't do the follow up visit. The office staff is awful. I was referred to Dr Burchfield for an extraction bc my molar was literally cracked in half with half of my nerve exposed. Very painful. I had to wait an entire month to get in to see him and when I came in he basically was like yeah this tooth needs to come out, charged me $88 dollars for the consult and gave me a surgery date for 2 weeks later. So basically I waited 2 months for a single extraction. Meanwhile, to add insult to injury, they did not even call me with an estimate ( I have no dental insurance) So I called to follow up and explained my frustration and the girl on the phone said it was not their fault, they are backed up due to COVID-. ?????? I have no clue what that has to do with my tooth being removed but that was the excuse. Dr. Burchfield did an implant for my front tooth. I am terrified of even going to the dentist, so this was major for me. The entire procedure went very well. He is a kind doctor with a gentle demeanor. He immediately put me at ease. Both he and his staff were wonderful. He did a perfect job on my implant as well. He is the best and I highly recommend him.

Dr. Burchfield did an amazing job with my implants. He is always so friendly and attentive it makes you relaxed whenever you come in for a visit.

Dr Burchfield is top notch! Wife had a few dnetal implants with great success and I just started my first implant. You can tell when a Doctor is both skilled and also a caring soul. Burchfield is top notch in both regards!

We are so thankful for Dr. Burchfield & staff. The absolute best caring , kindhearted and professional service! Our son had never had any oral surgery and suffers from a TBI. Dr. Burchfield & nurse Stephanie gave Nicholas the best care and their kind attentiveness made Nicholas feel so at ease! We highly recommend! !

Dr. Burchfield is a true professional and he cares about his patients. I have had two dental implants over time and he never rushes the procedure until it is time. The last one needed a bone graft which has taken a year to complete.

Absolutely the nicest Guy! Very informative, made me feel very relaxed. I had a cyst under a tooth, and had to have the cyst and tooth removed. All I remember is sitting in the chair. Dr. Burchfield said there would be a little poke. I felt the poke, and the next thing I know he was telling me I’m done. He told me there would probably be a little pain, and swelling in the days to come. I kept waiting and waiting all weekend for the pain. The pain nor the swelling ever came. I can’t express in words how good this Doctor is. Absolutely the greatest, most painless experience I’ve ever had at any physicians office. I highly recommend Dr Burchfield! I was amazed that I had NO swelling and minimal discomfort after getting my wisdom teeth extracted. Not only is Dr Burchfield a Phenomenal surgeon, he is one of the kindest men you will ever meet. He made me feel at ease and like a lifelong friend from the minute he stepped foot in the door. I just had major work on my teeth with implants placed. NO PAIN AT ALL! His manner, attention to detail, the actual surgery and the importance to every aspect of my care were Dr. Burchfields only concern. He himself called me that night to check up on me. If I could give Dr. Burchfield more stars I would. The entire office staff are very attentive, courteous and caring. Never any pressures. My procedure with Dr. Burchfield was excellent! I would highly recommend him to anyone that wants high quality care with a dedicated caring and professional staff. I went in to have wisdom teeth pulled and was nervous from what I had heard from others that had the same procedure elsewhere. I was pleasantly surprised! Dr. Burchfield and his staff went out of their way to make me feel relaxed and at home. The after care was excellent and I even received a phone call at home that evening to ensure I was doing well from the Doctor himself! I can't say enough about how great this experience was! I have been going to Dr. Burchfield for about a year. He and his Staff are really good! I had a tooth removed and had an implant. My experience with Dr. Burchfield and his staff was great. Each time I went I only had to wait just a few minutes before they call me to the back. They always kept me informed on what was going on and what they would be doing. The night after the procedures Dr. Burchfield called to make sure I was OK. He is so kind. My experience has been a great one.

Dr. Burchfield performed surgery on our seven year old son and it was a very positive experience from beginning to end. He took the time to talk with our son and answer his questions along with ours. The procedure and the care afterwards was exceptional. Dr. Burchfield even followed up with a phone call on the evening after surgery to check on our son. He truly cares about his patients. I would highly recommend Dr. Burchfield if you are in need of a good oral surgeon.

Love this guy. He was so great and I was so scared. He calmed my fears and made me feel like all would be okay. He called me that night to make sure I was okay. great dentist. I am going back to get the bottom teeth removed as soon as I can save up some money as my dental ins only pays 1000.00.

Very professional and caring doctor and staff. He takes time to explain the surgery and follow up care. I had office visits in Goodlettsville, Hendersonville and Gallatin locations, I found a Christ like spirit in each location. Great group of Professionals. I don't think you would want to go any place else after being under this doctor and staff.
