Wendy the “Manager” is Horrible!!! I only gave one star because I had no choice!!!!! I went here for a consultation over a year ago I called back to schedule my procedure and they would not schedule my appointment because I had a balance of 100 dollars which I was unaware of because they had my address incorrect by one Digit so bills never got sent to me. I asked why I had a bill and she said Insurance Denied my claim At the time I had Humana Dental insurance. It was the beginning of the year so my job renewed our insurance which shortly after I received a new Humana card with a new ID number so I called humana they said they billed my claim to the wrong Id number the Humana rep said no worries just have them resubmit the bill to the correct Humana. She assured me it would have been paid!!!!!! So I called numerous times asking for the manager “Wendy” to call me back so this could get taken care of. Never got a call back I informed multiple employees that I spoke to to resubmit my claim to Humana. Never happened, never got paid, never got my procedure as of yet and now 100 is sitting on my credit because it was sent to collections!!!! What a joke this place is.
