I brought my fiance here to get stitches removed and establish a primary care doctor. We had an excellent experience. Facilities were clean, only waited 10 min to be seen. Only 1 other person in the waiting room, not crowded at all. There was a female student doctor assisting Dr. Bouchette, she was excellent!! Her bedside manner was phenomenal. She took an hour to get all of the medical history, and go over her medications. She made a lot of great recommendations for diet and exercise as well. Dr. Bouchette had a nice calming presence and made my fiance feel comfortable while removing stitches. He also used it as a teaching opportunity for his student/intern. Could not get my prescription filled, even though they said it was " sent over on emergency"...a week ago. It's been 7 days and was told I have to wait an additional day. This is my breathing medication by the way. Such a joke DO NOT GO HERE.

THE WORST clinic I have ever visited. They mis-file your insurance forms (which means the insurance bills me for visits that are supposed to be 100% covered), the mismanage prescription requests, and the doctor comes thru once a week and moves you thru so fast he misses half of your information. Ive been out of meds for 3 days and no one ever dealt with the faxed in renewal request. I called his main office on St. Claude and she said she had no idea and when I asked her if she could at least CHECK for a fax, she told me no, she was taking her lunch and I could call back later!!! Id rather pass out from not having my prescriptions and choke to death on my own vomit before having to even talk to them on the phone let alone have to go back. worst experiences ever. Absolutely never again! The only thing worse than a doctor that really doesn't pay much attention to you or ask you any questions is a lazy uneducated staff that doesn't reply promptly or at all. I've been out of meds for 3 days, called to find out what was going on, his assistant said she didn't know, I told her I was out of meds and it was friday and waiting till moday was dangerous and could she look into it... SHE SAID NO! She was on her lunch break. accck. NEVER AGAIN!!!
