Requires blood tests for bhrt. Does not exam women beforehand, has to order through his office instead of local pharmacy. Does not return calls, has nurse call. Accent hard to understand. High cost for office visit. Would not recommend!

Dr. Beninati is an amazing Dr. who knows the root cause of my ailment. He helped me to loose weight, balance my cholesterol and optimize my hormones. He does go in depth explaining truly the problem so I can understand.

Dr Beninati himself seems like a nice enough person however his office staff is AWFUL!!!!! His receptionist Linda is the laziest most condescending person I've ever met. On Monday after calling the office over and over (4x in a row) to have her actually answer the phone I tried to schedule an appointment for a problem my daughter was having. She said she'd check the schedule and call back. NO RETURN CALL. On Wednesday I called again (once again it took 5x of calling to get her to answer the phone). I told her she was supposed to call back Monday and how it was very frustrating to have to keep calling the office. Her response was "Oh the nurse should've called. Oh well, that happens". Are you kidding me??? She said my daughter could come in today at 2. My daughter showed up for the appointment and Linda walked up to her without a mask and went off on her about how I was rude to her. WHO DOES THAT????? She does NOT return calls and when you do finally speak with her she has this underlying snide tone in her voice. It makes me wonder why on earth she works there. She obviously hates her job or maybe her life. I don't know what makes someone so miserable and unprofessional work at a doctors office. Unless you have hours to waste I would look for adifferent doctor with staff who actually answers the phone and does their job. Trust me I'm not looking for anyone to bend over backwards or kill me with kindness but I am looking for someone who has a LITTLE CLASS AND IS A PROFESSIONAL.

Dr. Beninati only cares about selling products and making money. He pushes hormones and vitamins which he gets a kickback from. He gets annoyed if you question him and will not explain why he prescribes what he does. Nobody ever answers the phone at the office nor do they answer your email Unless you constantly call and email over and over and over again. Even when you do get a response, the doctor himself never calls he makes his front desk person call who is not a doctor. Once in a while you'll get a response from the nurse, which is completely useless because she has put no thought into the response nor has she consulted with the doctor. He needs to just retire instead of working a few days a week just to collect money because he's messing around with people's health when I'm reality, he could care less. You can't even get a print out of your visit upon leaving, the office is run very incompetently due to the fact that the everyone there is completely incompetent.

Dr. Beninati is amazing. Truly a trend setter and way ahead of his time always implementing the most effective treatment and offering a very holistic approach to his medicine. Top notch !
