Mr. Daniel Edward Banach

I find it very strange, weird and sketchy that this doctor chooses not to have a picture of himself anywhere.

As my prior review was 5 stars, I still cannot say one negative thing about Dr. Hepperlee . She's brilliant and gave me my life back, however, be very mindful of what you discuss( as I thought I had finally found a home, where I could be comfortable discussing anything medically). Somewhere along the line, while seeing Dr. Christina Allen, as Dr Hepperlee had had an accident (I thought she and I could speak as openly about anything concerning my health or anything that maybe she knew more about than I did). Let's just say that I was obviously wrong and ,though I was taken to the front for my next appointment, I was not informed that Dr. Allen proceeded to file a formal complaint against me and just like that, the rug was snatched out from under me and suddenly I lost the doctor that I had come to respect and trust very much (as I have a special case). I can't help but to wonder what I could have possibly done, as all of my other physicians are female and I have NEVER had a complaint, yet now my record is tarnished with this (whatever it is,as I was not even told what made her uncomfortable). Who do you speak to about concerns or questions concerning your body, if not your doctor? So, though they were the greatest thing to happen to me, whatever offended Christina Allen, I would certainly love to know because now, Christina, I'm worse off than before I met who I did nothing but praise for their abilities. You have ruined me and I sincerely wish you better than you gave me. As, now , I have no one... Sorry for your discomfort. Next time, I will make sure that I am not completely honest and be more careful when I think I have found people whom I trust and believe in. About two years ago Dr. Banach moved over to a new medical center down the street. The service, facilities, lab etc. are much better organized. Also, I like Dr. Banach's professionalism and what he has prescribed has been quite helpful.

Did not have a good experience with this clinic! The staff is utterly incompetent. Dr Hepperle was nice but didn't do what she promised. Did not have a good experience with them!!!!

Dr. Hepperle spent more time with us than the four doctors ( including my husband’s Primary Care Physician) we have had to see , combined ! She was so thorough and knowledgeable. It made my anxiety disappear. Thanks SO much Dr. Hepperle ! We found a physician who truly cares.

My Mother has gone to her for 18 years. She never actually sees the doctor and they’ve had her coming in like clockwork every three months as they know exactly how to maximize profit from her. She has not had any issues in those years so they loved her. Now she is actually sick and the only thing they did was send her for a Covid test and tell her it was negative. She has gone from vibrant to immobile in a few weeks and they won’t return our calls, much less see her. After all those years now she means nothing at all to them. I wish you could give negative stars on this place. Dr hepperly and Zack do not communicate with each other. 2 weeks out of a double cervical fusion they cut my pain pills off completely and it was right at the Thanksgiving holiday. They are the ones that pushed the surgery on me, of courses I had a choice whether to go thru or not but they made it sound like it was life or death surgery. Go to them after surgery and they said I failed my drug test, had cocaine and other things in my system which is not true. I work on a government facility and could have a drug test at any time.i would not recommend going here. Their bedside manner sucks and they let the owner run them. I'm sure they will have a comment on here saying" I'm sorry but we don't have you as a patient at any time in our practice. I wish you could give negative stars on this place. Great practice. Staff is always terrific.

I worked in Healthcare for over 30 years, prior to becoming disabled in 2010. Since that time, I have been tossed around yearly by the Healthcare system like a rag doll . Each year I was assigned a different PCP, not of my choosing, however, when I called to make a new patient appointment, they were either not taking new patients or they were booked 6 months out. I'd had enough, I fired them and went with another Insurance company and I chose my new PCP. I am in absolutely amazed with Dr. Hepperly and her staff, I am also thrilled that Dr. Banach is there also as he was my PCP prior to my becoming disabled and went above and beyond assisting me in becoming approved. For the first time in 12 years, I feel as though Dr. Hepperly actually cares about health. We talked for almost 30 minutes, or, I talked and she "listened ". I feel truly blessed and I know that I am in good hands with her and her staff. They were polite, professional and handled everything that they said they would handle. I couldn't be more pleased. Dr Hepperle is awesome! She is so thorough. I couldn't ask for a better doctor. She went out of her way to make me feel comfortable and took the time to actually listen to me.

Horrible horrible front staff. No matter what time you call they never have sick appointments available. They will say there all booked up even if you call right when they open. They don’t care what is going on with you, they just say we’ll go to the er even though most people can’t afford that. I’m switching doctors as soon as possible. I made a new patient appointment a couple of weeks in advance. Upon arrival I had to fill out the standard paperwork which took a few minutes. Afterward, I waited maybe fifteen minutes until I was called back to a room. The nurse was very friendly. Dr. Banach is super nice and much more personable than many doctors. I’ve lived in this area for several years now and have had a problem finding a doctor that actually listens and is invested while doing so. Dr. Banach is by far, the absolute best doctor that I’ve found and I am so happy with my experience. His staff was friendly and professional. His nurse Mary has a gift of uplifting and making you feel right at home. I would recommend he and his practice highly to everyone. Hands down, the best experience I’ve had in a doctors office in 7 years. Great people!!

I have been going to Dr. Banach for years but have notice in the last few years the service in the office has gone done hill. His staff is terrible and very rude. My opinion Dr. Banach wants you to diagnose yourself bc he really don’t have a clue what’s wrong with you. He rather just refer you off! I have been complaining to him for years about tummy pain he still hasn’t figured it out no clue! Last visit he was suppose to send me to imaging for ultrasound his staff forget to schedule the appointment until I called them twice. Then his off was going to refer me for another test as of today they still have not made the appointment for me. I have called his office and when I do his staff saids they had forgot to schedule it. To me this doesn’t sound like great patient care. You think they have followed up with me once? Nope! Save yourself the trouble and pass this doctor office up!

They had us waiting in the exam room for over 2.5 hours before we even saw the doctor, who spent a maximum of 10 minutes with us. Would not recommend. Will not be going back. I have no idea who is leaving these five star reviews but it definitely was not our experience.

My husband was prescribed medicine on December 4th and now three months later we can not get authorization because the medical staff refuses to do the paperwork . We have had the parmacy and insurance company contact them multiple times and we have contacted them multiple times with no call backs. I finally went to speak to them in person only to be told they are undersaffed with too many patients . Apparently they cannot take care of their current patients so why add new ones. Made me feel very comfortable

The staff will not fill out the necessary paperwork to get an authorization for medicine. It has been 3 months and after multiple attempts from the pharmacy, insurance company and personal calls from me. I'm told they have too many patients and are understaffed to take care of the necessary paperwork.

I have been to see this Dr 5 times and only saw her once. Trying to get a referral takes an act of Congress I will never return to this Dr the staff has never been friendly

From the Doctor to all the staff they have been great to me.

The above post is UNTRUE. SO, if that's what your looking for you should look elsewhere. It's the place for THOROUGH examination, diagnosis and treatment. I've never had a dr who actually listened like her and her staff. They actually take time to make sure you ARE getting the best treatment within their abilities.

I only met her once, as a new patient she never introduced herself until right before I was leaving.

If you need pain pills this the place!!!! No diagnoses needed. The doctor prescribes pain medication without it.If the doctors not there the nurse practitioner will hook you up!

This office and it's staff are great. They spend the quality time needed per patient to really make you feel taken care of. It is not a pill farm per Brandons review. These doctors are caring and treat their pts appropriately per their diagnosis. Many people with chronic illnesses need to be on pain medicine and those of you that abuse the system make it 10 times harder for those people that really need it. Brandon, your review is careless. My mom was Dr.Banach first patient in his office after leaving Primed,I tracked him down that was 13 years ago,my mom had Parkinson Disease and only saw Dr.Banach for General Medicine, he always said that he hoped to never grow so big that he couldn't spend the quality time with his patients, when my mom passed away Dr.Banach actually called me introducing himself as Daniel and expressing his sympathy,I'd definitely say if the staff is ugly complain to him,I'm currently trying to get into see him being my insurance will now pay his practice. My wife has been going to Dr. Banach for several years now....the staff has been progressively more rude. I know they work hard and at times their jobs can be very demanding. Having said that, lots of jobs are demanding and maybe healthcare is not for you if you have trouble dealing with the day-to-day problems patients will encounter. My wife is kind natured person so when she is to the point she wants to change physicians......there's a problem.
