Was in total agony for almost 16 months and went to see Doctor Glueck. After seeing the degenerative hip joint, a total hip replacement was recommended. Injections didn't work and even pain medicine was no longer effective. Dr Glueck said I was a great candidate for an anterior hip replacement. Quickest recovery time, took me 4 weeks. No walker, no cane, no pain. Dr Glueck did his anterior training at Duke University. People think this is a new procedure. Wrong!!! The worst ortho doctor and nurse. They didn't even look at my xrays as they said they did. Very rude and unconcerned with my issue. I was referred by Progress West Hospital, they need to refer to a different ortho group. Never going back. I had to get a second opinion.

Dr. Larkin and staff were excellent at answering questions and helping me understand my issues and find a solution.

Dr. Glueck is very professional and precise in his knowledge. My surgery went smoothly and I am healing nicely.

Wonderful staff, Dr. Lombardo has fantastic bedside manner. Even though they are busy, he took the time to answer questions and act like you are his only concern at the moment. Hopefully, will never have to go back but if needed I definitely will.

Dr. Glueck is a first rate Dr. I walked into her office with 2 trigger fingers and pain. After leaving her office, I had 2 injections that really were not too bad, In a couple of days my hand didn't hurt and both fingers are at full use now. Thank you so much Dr. Glueck. I'm glad you are my Dr.

Dr. Lombardo and his staff treat me like I am family and never makes me feel as if I am a bother. He is not like other doctors, he explains everything and answers all my questions no matter how long it takes he never gives up and is open to me making decisions with my treatment plan. I will always go to him for my ankle needs!

Dr. Glueck is very thorough and takes time to explain things to you and give you different options. He did my hip surgery a few years ago and everything tuned out great. No problems post surgery. I am seeing him for a knee problem now and I am hopeful that he will be able to help me without surgery.

The doctor is very unprofessional, has no manners, and rude. I went in and he misdiagnosed me. The diagnosis did not make sense. So I started questioning the diagnosis. The doctor started accusing me of things I did not even say. I mentioned that I am not even saying that. He got an attitude with me. The doctor does not care about his patients. He doesn’t even bother to get to know his patients. All Doctor cares about is money. His nurse practitioner is the same way, very unprofessional.

Dr McAllister was professional. X-rays were taken to ease my concerns and I’ll proceed to therapy which should help with pain.

The worst experience! For $648 office visit charge the service is = to O! I complained to Dr. Lombardo about Nurse Viki being rude and no empathy or concern for my pain. She asked me to remove my boot when I was not able to. Next visit she was ok! The other nurse, who is dressed like she is going to the Gym, was rude to me the first time. The second time, 2 weeks after the surgery, when I asked her to clean the dry blood around the surgery site before casting my leg for another two weeks, because it was itching, she just gave me the alcohol and some pads to clean myself. The doctor I saw was extremely rude. Do not see Dr. Paul Spezia. He is extremely unprofessional. If you are overweight, do not go see him. I also have no insurance and he refused to help me. I have money just no insurance. So I paid an office fee for him to insult me. I have been seeing orthopedics since a car accident in 1998. Go somewhere else. This company is practicing in the gray area of fraud with inflated billing. They spent no more than ten minutes with my son as a new patient and did the most minimal physical assessment of his injury before ordering an MRI and happily billing us an astronomical level 4 office visit. Additionally, I was estimated that the visit would cost $80 out of pocket and when they tried to collect it was nearly triple that price. I called in numerous times to ask questions and was never contacted with a response. Recently, I got a final notice in the mail with threats against my credit rating. I have requested my sons medical records, my suspicion is that the records were filled with false or presumed information to satisfy the EM 4 visit requirements. The wait times for the Billing Dept. are unacceptable and I was told that the $648.00 was the price charged for a Medicare patient. I have been to several Wash U doctors for injuries that I have suffered and their office visits were under $200.00. And these doctors are Professors. The doctors were great. There billing office is an absolute nightmare. Had to have my insurance company call them on the phone with me just so they could learn how to Bill it correctly to get paid. First my son was in there three times in January. My first bill we fixed in April. Side note my son was also hurt in school and we were past the thresh hold for the school insurance to pick it up because of how long they waited to bill. So in July I get a bill. Thinking it was the one we fixed all the way in April I just paid it. Then September comes and I get another bill. I call and say I paid you and they tell me it’s for a different date ok well my insurance says I paid you too much for the July bill so I will send you x amount less for this one. Ok great! The last two month I can get the bill for what I didn’t pay because I paid too much in July TWICE. Had my insurance get on the phone with them last month to tell the geniuses in the billing office that I don’t owe them the money. They just sent us to voice mails. So today I get the third bill for the amount I overpaid. So I’m thinking about sending it anyway so maybe you can afford to hire people that actually have a brain. Dr Jarman is probably one of the rudest people I have met in the medical field. Wouldn’t recommend to my worst nightmare after he bent my knee every which way after I told him how sore it was from falling down a flight of stairs.

My wife was there to see the Doc for a consultation. He spent less than 10 minutes. No additional x-rays or test and they give us a bill for $192 and said that this is 70% off because we paid cash. Would not recommend to anyone I cared about. So many issues with this practice. Takes several phone calls before you are even able to get anyone on the line. Then during each appointment you wait a minimum of 30-45 minutes before being seen. Unless you are at the end of the day, in which case they rush you out the door. I saw four different providers for the same injury and was given different diagnoses by each. And it seemed like each found something a little different looking at the SAME xrays. One provider suggested a walker, which they charged me $50 for at the office, then charged insurance who knows how much for it. Then two days later was seen by a different provider and was told don’t use the walker. Anytime I have had to call and ask a follow up question (usually something I asked during the appointment and they didn’t answer or gave me contradictory info) I am assured that someone will call me back that day and never not once has anyone called me back. I have been having extraordinary pain the last week and am not able to put any weight on the foot at all, so I called to ask what to do. They told me that doc says I need to “put up with it” until my visit in 6 days. No thank you. Had an appt following hip surgery for my 87 yr old mom. We had to get wheelchair transport to get her here. Showed up early as requested, only to be told the doctor isn't in today!! No phone call to tell us the appt was rescheduled...nothing until we arrived. Who does that?

Dr Glueck is just awful. Acted as if I was a waste of his time. So he spent about 2 minutes in my room. I have nothing more then positive things to say about my physician or the people, but looking back I would not suggest to others. Information relevant to my health/case was shared on several occasions prior to surgery, but nothing was done with it. Getting through to speak with anyone is a challenge. I understand the concerns with the misuse pf pain related drugs these days, but they are not wanting to treat pain while undergoing the long term medical solution. He seemed arragunt about my concerns and when I walked out of the office I felt like he didnt address anything I had went in for, I felt like he spoke to me as though I was stupid, My appointment was 1 1/2 hours behind also. I see Dr Lombardo and he is my favorite doctor that I’ve ever gone to. He has expertly treated me over 20 years with my foot problems. I enjoy going to him because he is so friendly and caring.

Had an appointment with Dr Lombardo for foot pain. He was super friendly and never made me feel rushed even though it seemed like they were pretty busy. He answered all of my questions fully and helped me understand what he thought was going on without seeming condescending. So far the treatment has been enormously helpful and I highly recommend him. The doctors here are great and really knowledgeable. They got my husband in the same day twice when he was having excruciating pain. They were able to make the proper diagnosis for him after two doctors in other practices made incorrect ones.

I wouldn’t take my worst enemy to this so called doctor. He misdiagnosed my condition then acted angry when asked about it. Spent very little time with me , maybe a total of 3 minutes after waiting 50 minutes. If you want a rude, no personality except RUDE, then this may be your guy. Shame on you Advanced Bone and Joint for having such an awful, hateful doctor in your practice.

Dr. Glueck was on-time, told me what was wrong with my hip (arthritis) and very pleasant as far as my options. I would highly recommend him.

bought a knee brace for my son at 85 dollars and now they are telling me they didnt charge me enough because I didnt go through the doctors a second time. so they are sending me a bill for another 53 dollars. they are crooks do not go here

I took my 8 year old there when she broke her ankle at school. They referred me to another doctor that I could see the same day, which was great. The nurse and doctor then put her in a boot that I was told would stabilize her ankle for the ride to the other doctor. I was not offered a choice or told it was for any other purpose than that. We were at the other doctor's office in 20 minutes and she was out of that boot about 30-45 minutes after being placed in it. They then charged my insurance $500 for this boot, $170 of which I am expected to pay, in addition to the $45 I already paid for the boot that she wore less than a hour. I contacted the billing agency twice and was told that the boot was for after surgery. Which is not true. I contacted the office manager and have never received a return call. Waited 15 minutes.. saw Dr. Spezia for 5 minutes at most.. waited in exam room for 20 minutes.. billed insurance almost $2000. This is what’s wrong with America, and my knuckle still isn’t healed more than three months later. I do not recommend them.

I think Dr. Meek is nice, but I wouldn’t send friends or family to this office after the experience I have had. I had an undiagnosed injury that worsened severely during physical therapy, and my physical therapist refused to continue my PT until my pain is controlled. She works with Dr. Meek, so she referred me to him. I went to the doctor thinking he would give me some medicine and send me back to PT. This doctor doesn’t use painkillers, though, and they act like all their patients have been on opioids for years. After trying some non-opioid painkillers that did nothing for my pain and nerve issues, Dr. Meek ordered an MRI that showed I have a herniated disc and other issues in my neck. He then ordered a cervical epidural steroid injection and he insisted I would feel no pain during the injection and he said it would solve all the problems I’m having and he said that my pain would be gone in a day and a half. I took the injection he recommended, and despite his sunny predictions, I felt significant pain during the epidural injection that has not gone away, I have developed a nasty headache that hasn’t gone away, and my herniated disc still hurts, yet I have done everything the doctor and his staff have recommended. I am wary of calling to discuss my situation because the doctor is impossible to reach and this office acts like their patients are drug-seeking; in reality, I have not taken any opioids for this injury and my pain has not yet been fully controlled, even with the epidural steroid injection. I have another injection scheduled this week, but I am scared that it will hurt like the last one and I am afraid it still won’t control the pain. I called the office Friday — ten days after the first shot, when the doctor said his nurse Leslie would call after a week to check on me and she never did — to find out what the next steps in treatment are past the next injection, and whether this lingering injection site pain and headache are normal, but no one called me back. I’m not harassing anyone or begging for drugs. I’m just asking what to expect, and if my experience is normal, and what the doctor plans for my next steps in treatment. They won’t respond to me. Based on my lingering injection site pain and headache, the doctor’s lack of responsiveness to my injury pain, and the office’s lack of responsiveness to patient calls and requests for information, at this point, I would NOT recommend this office to anyone. I love Dr. Lombardo, he is wonderful, compassionate and very professional. I would recomend him to anyone who's in need of an Orthopedic doctor. He is an amazing doctor because, he listens to what you you are saying and addresses your concern quickly. I highly recomend him! I only gave 3 stars because, the phone system is a nightmare. As a person who works full time, it is difficult to contact them. The wait time is usually around 8 minutes. It's very frustrating. Who has time to wait that long to speak to a human while at work. My advice is schedule your next appointment while there and if you have to call, pray you don't get Cindy. I love Dr. Lombardo, he is wonderful, compassionate and very professional. Around May 30 2014 I had a accident causing a severe compound fracture to my left unla along with a compression of bones. Although I was happy to be alive from a 13 foot fall accident, I thought I would never recover well from this accident & my life would be changed for ever. Fast forward to February 2015, I am back in the gym pumping iron 3 times a week with little effect from that terrible accident. Even though my wrist damage was severe, metal plate and 7 screws I am proud to say that I am back to doing triceps extension's at the gym. My husband had been seeing another doctor for his foot for a couple years, he closed the office in O'Fallon and we had to find a new doctor. Luck would be on our side, we found Dr Lomardo at Bone and Joint. He has seen my husband ONCE and what amazing results. Plus his staff is very accommodating, especially Vicky!!!!!

I found Dr Glueck straight forward, reasonable & easy to work with

Doc was thorough enough on the explanation beforehand. Surgery was explained as a different procedure than what was done. After-care instructions were almost non-existent. I feel like the surgery center was a very poor choice. Next time I would have it at a real hospital not a churn and burn surgery center. Decent care but not something I would go back to him. The office staff front desk felt very cold and detached. No help coming in a wheelchair and struggling to get in the door

He was very rude. Maybe he's just not a "morning person"... - I say that because I had seen him one time several year ago and don't recall that he was that way then. Also have an issue with the receptionist and my co-payment: It was a $35 co-pay. I gave her two $20s. She gave me $5 back but no receipt. Now I'm being billed for another $35 and it's just my word vs theirs, so I guess in order to protect my credit rating I'll have to double-pay. Overall, a truly negative experience!

Well, I've called the numbers for this place, three times now, and there's an option to stay on the line to speak to someone. I stayed on the line three times, and the automated system disconnects you immediately while you wait for that human contact. NOT a place I'm willing to try if I can't even reach someone to talk to.

This place is a joke. My wife had spine surgery going through Advanced Bone and joint. Months later they refused to see her when she had major issues in the same location.

Horrible wait time. Didn’t see the dr for over an hour after my appointment time. Front desk is very rude everytime I come. If they don’t want to help or answer my questions what is the point of a front desk.

We have been coming to this place for the past year and I had a hard time rating this for a couple of reasons. Our dr is good and cares about his patients. However be prepared to sit in the waiting room an hour plus your appointment time. Most of the doctors are amazing. The front desk staff is so very nice. Especially Courtney. But when you have to call in, some staff are very curt, unapologetic, even cold and accusing. When you are an injured patient you need the reassurance. I informed my doctor about the staff and nothing happened. Ever. Then the doctor forgot I was having surgery. I had been a patient for 3 years. My surgeon sent all the correct paper work and even tried to call the after hours line to no avail. I had to go up to the business with stitches and pain only to find my doctor was on an airplane headed out on vacation. Dr Frisella did a great job with my wife's broken hip.

Every one was very nice and knowledgeable. The Dr.Glueck was awesome.

Dr Frisella, Dr McAllister, Dr Meeks, Dr Glueck are all excellent doctors. I have had each one of these Doctors and they all have helped my needs for each situation I have experienced during the past 20 years. I would highly recommend each one. Also Matt who is Dr McAllister’s assistant has truly demonstrated excellent medical skills. My last surgery was a knee transplant and he assisted in surgery. One of his jobs was to sew up and complete this procedure , I was concerned about the scar this major surgery would leave, however 4 months and scars is very minimal. Also my knee now performs as though it is brand new. These doctors & staff will provide excellent care and follow up. Highly recommend each Dr I mentioned above. Very satisfied patient. The staff is extremely nice, and they really streamline their process to get you in and out quickly. I went there for back pain, and I'm in a much better place thanks to Dr. Minges, and Dr. Meek.

I'm going out on a limb to say that was the best doctor visit experience I've ever had! Not only is Bone and Joint a good company, but this experience with Dr. Minges and staff was truly exceptional. He did my hip replacement surgery i will not go to any other Dr. He listens to my questions, never hurries me has a wonderful bedside manner. Soon i will need knee replacements and i will with out a doubt have him do them.

Wow! This office is truly impressive. The check-in process was streamlined, the waiting area big and beautiful, the staff professional and warm, and Dr. Glueck's knowledge and caring attitude let me know I was in good hands. Dr Glueck is very thorough and efficient. He gave shots to my knees and I hardly knew he did it. While he is very busy - he always breaks out a smile! I've been to both the O'Fallon and St Peters offices and prefer the St Peters office.

If only I could give no stars... This place is the worst only 5 minutes per visit they don't care about the patient only the money
