My wife had an appointment for over one month, supposed to be this Friday. They called to say they double booked, and rescheduled for later that day. Then they called again saying she can only be seen on Thursdays because she's a new patient (that wasn't disclosed when the first appointment was made). Now my wife is being told that the next step is an appointment in the second week of January, but that's only a phone interview and they can't see her. Wildly unprofessional and uneducated office staff, their system is dilapidated and out of whack, and no one cares about the fact that my wife has been patiently waiting and enduring pain while being screwed around by this doctor's office. Just met Dr. Jacques for the 1st time, she is the best Dr. I've seen in I don't know how long, she was Attentive to my situation, Understanding, Courteous, last my not least very Thorough!!!! Dr. Jacques considered my all around personal care in areas that other Doctors use to years ago I'm sad to say. I actually had given up on finding a Dr. who seemed to really care and would be pro-active in mine or my husbands health. Thank you so much Dr. Jacques for taking me as a new patient, for making me feel so comfortable and cared about. It meant so much to me. If you could only be my GP go to. :) Lynda K. S.

I am so sad to write such a terrible review but after my experience I feel everyone needs to know prior to wasting their time. I have been seeing Dr. Jacquez for many years (back when she was in private practice) but since she has been affiliated with Mercy it has all went downhill. I have been having many issues and her care is fantastic. The Mercy facilities for surgery (Coyle) are dirty and gross but I was willing to overlook it because she is so wonderful. So here is why I have to leave. I am having severe issues that my PCP can no longer help me with and so I scheduled an appointment (In March 2020) but they didn't have any appointments until August. In July I get a call that doctor won't be in for my appointment and they need to reschedule me (To OCTOBER 2020) so annoyed and frustrated. So today, I get a call that she yet again won't be in for my end of October appointment and that she cannot see me until the END of December! The poor lady on the phone was so nice and clearly beyond her control but it is absurd to wait 9 months for an appointment with no regard to the patient's needs and what is to say I won't be rescheduled AGAIN? Call the patient advocates to lodge my complaint and be heard and got the runaround. I'm so confused about how they can still be in business with a lack of care or regard for your patients. I have great insurance and can go back to a Sutter doctor but it is beyond comprehendible that I have to give up my doctor for the way Mercy does business. RUN from them if you want decent care. I had a Zoom meeting this afternoon, 03/11/21, with Dr. Dana Jacques because I needed to establish with new OB/GYN. I found Dr. Dana Jacques to be professional and personable. I'm looking forward to meeting her in person for my office appointment in July. It seems Dr. Dana Jacques is an ideal physician for me at Dignity Health.

Dr Jacques is the best! She is kind, patient and always listens and explains everything so that you understand. I would highly recommend her to anyone looking for a great Obgyn

I have been seeing Dr. Jacques for a few years and love her. She takes time to ensure she's answered your questions and concerns and is thorough in her diagnostics. I was also able to squeeze in with an urgent issue. She tries to deliver her patients herself when possible, so I did have a rescheduled visit or two but I respect the reason why so it wasn't an issue for me. I would highly recommend her.

I’m updating my review for Dana Jacques, MD. Since my (last/first), review of Dr. Jacques office & her Medical group Mercury Medical reaching out to me via email, Yelp and WebMD. I was very pleased to see that they we’re actually going to work with me and try to resolve the $3300 in lab requests (requested), from Dr. Dana Jacques herself, for 3 pap smears! Well, it was all a big façade! What I’m saying is they purposely reached out to me on social media under Web MD and to my email in a attempt to try to look like they were being responsible and doing their part for them using a lab that charges $1100 per Pap smear for a regular routine women’s yearly OB/GYN check? Now I’m even more upset and feel taken advantage of! So let it be known to every woman out there in the Roseville, Rocklin and or Sacramento and surrounding areas... these doctors and Dr. Dana Jacques and Mercury Medical Practices in particular do not discuss with you and do not care about using overbilling and excessively over charging labs, to order up tests that are hugely inflated and putting women (working women with good insurance that we pay handsomely for each month out our paychecks), like myself in financial hardship situations! Never in my life if I ever paid $1100 for a Pap smear, let alone 3 at $1100 =$3,300 dollars? Again this from when my first Pap smear came back abnormal, the 2nd Pap smear came back better but still slightly abnormal and the 3rd was ordered and it came back normal! Is this a very corrupt system! Are the doctors (and maybe even the staff), are getting kickbacks from the lab and putting the money from Quest Diagnostics in the ordering Doctors pockets? Current situation is that a very nice lady by the name of Sue Bear, Principal Patient Acct. Asst., Otpum 360 reached out to me via email. She quickly passes me off to Mandy Kaur (MGR) at 916-379-2804, Tania Navarrete (Lead) at 916-379-2862! I spoke with both of these ladies and Tania seemed to be concerned and willing to help and then after weeks of not hearing back from any one of the 3 ladies I placed yet another call (3 calls in all) and spoke with Mandy, she was beyond rude and completely disrespectful, telling me that the lab is responsible and that they would be calling me and that they no longer have any kind of responsibility nor will should I be talking to them and I should only be talking to Lab. I’m OK with that only here’s the problem nobody’s ever contacted me, so why would you reach out to me on social media (so that you can look like you reached out to me and that you guys are good guys & not the responsible party to try to resolve the situation when obviously you do not want that)? By the way my insurance paid 80% of these highly inflated and purposefully over charged to patient lab bills, so if you would like to know WHY all of our insurances (whether it’s medical, auto or other...is so incredibly high), it’s because of doctors offices, Dr practices & Labs, all working in cahoots together over billing and overcharging hard-working middle-class and upper middle-class people like us that CAN afford insurance and that’s why we are a INSURANCE POOR SOCIETY!!Who is auditing the charges the doctors offices and labs are charging us? How come the doctor isn’t disclosing to us in our doctors appointments how much our labs are going to be when they’re excessive & ordered by the doctors themselves? Please tell me that you don’t have enough office stuff because that’s never been the case in the 50 years I’ve gone to the doctor! There’s ALWAYS plenty of admin and financial people that let you know that you own money, so how come some of these people can’t come in to Dr. appointment or after appointment to tell us how much our labs are going to be or any other procedure that is recommended by the doctor in excess?? New to the area after relocating for work I was referred to Dr. Dana Jacques, MD for a good gynecologist. I seen her for a regular routine Pap smear and women’s well annual check up. I received in the mail the results and they reported there was some abnormality. I called and they booked me another appointment with Dr. Dana Jacques and then she did another Pap smear and that came back just barely abnormal. She again, did another Pap smear after that with another appointment. I finally got a clear Pap smear back the last time (which was the third time). After my insurance paid their portion did it come to my attention that each one of these Pap smears I was charged $1100 for from Dr. Dana Jacques Office? I was charged $3300 for three Pap smears? I called her office and asked for the billing office to check into these exuberant charges, for three Pap smears? I never got a call back! I called again started documenting who I talk to and what they said! After about the fifth phone call!

Needless to say after 2 1/2 years they sent me to collections and I owe almost $1000 for three Pap smears, that is my “said portion “ after my medical insurance paid their portion! It is completely unfair that people like me that have insurance can be randomly billed for exuberant and unbeknownst to us lab charges that we had no idea about and ruin our credit, I have perfect credit and now I have a collection for three separate Quest lab bills for almost $350 each from going to get a regular routine women’s annual check up and being charged $1100 each for a regular routine Pap smear? I will definitely be reporting this to The Better Business Bureau, all insurance fraud and/or investigating agencies and any other social media platform to warn other women against the exuberant charges and inflated lab fees from her office and Mercy Medical Group and doctor Dana Jacques, MD! Lastly, I was never contacted by Dr. Dana Jacques office or Mercy Medical Group to try and look into these charges, ever!

Although I haven't been to see her for a while, now, my memories of being her patient are still very clear and vivid. She has a sign outside her door that says, A doctor who will really listen to you, and she isn't kidding! She is caring and professional, kind, smart and pretty. She really seems to like her work and her patients and I would highly highly recommend her to others.

Dr. Jacques is outstanding, very caring, thorough, and kind. I highly recommend her.

Dr. Jacques is an amazing Doctor! She has demonstrated so much kindness in her care for me as a patient, Dr. Jacques is my Doctor but on occasion I did also see her partner Dr. Garland who is lovely too!

Have gone to Dr Jacques for several years after my physician retired. She has given me prompt and immediate medical attention when I had some severe issues. Every procedure is explained clearly and precisely and all questions are answered and easy to understand. Her bedside manner is caring and her staff is patient and professional. Highly recommend Dr Jacques.
