I have total faith in my referring physician, Dr. Fleckner, but was still surprised at how much I loved Dr. Dana L. Getz. It started with her outstanding support staff, calling in advance of my visit, helping me complete my chart profile and insurance information. When you arrive, there is no paperwork to deal with, just a warm greeting. Dr. Getz is a tremendous professional who I easily placed my trust in, and gently guided me through my exam and testing. Excellent care. The exam is extremely thorough and Dr. Getz is excellent.

Dr Getz is no doubt one of the best doctors I’ve ever visited. She is very knowledgeable and experienced at what she does. She would also take her time to explain to patients about the conditions and give advice and etc. I was so pleased with my first visit that I brought my son for his eye problems and he told me that he learned so much about eye health that no previous doctors bothered telling him before. At first, I enjoyed her services. I was excited that she does a thorough job giving eye exams. Over the years, I feel the financial aspect has changed. I always owe money later. Also, I can't do all the services in one day which is odd. It's not much. I'm always friendly with my doctors and get to know them. After one discussion, she suggested that one thing I could try with my students is to tape mask on the bridge of the nose. She did this to me. I couldn't breath and took the tape off after she finished that portion of the exam. I just found it odd. She does do her job. Just beware that you might owe more money later and perhaps not be too friendly. At first, I enjoyed her services. I was excited that she does a thorough job giving eye exams. Dr. Getz and her staff are wonderful. We travel all the way from Westchester because we only trust her to take care of our eyes. We love how thorough and knowledgeable she is.

Dr. Getz and her staff are very professional and thorough. My wife and I had back-to-back appointments and we were extremely pleased with the level of care and attention to detail. Dr. Getz is extremely knowledgeable and undoubtedly an expert her field.

My family and I have been going to Dr. Getz’ office for more than 20 years! The service she provides for all our eye care needs, is unsurpassed! She is very experienced, professional, extremely thorough, personable and maintains meticulous hygienic conditions in her office! Her staff is friendly and helpful!

I can only recommend Dr. Getz if you have integrity, if you don't please don't go and be disrespectful.
