Went in for a second opinion was not given an examination or any bloodwork our urine analysis but thats not all if I could post a photo of the examination room this is what i saw the door look like a auto mechanics door I’ll covered in black around the door handle this place was disgusting

If I could give this a zero star review I would. I've been a pretty healthy person in my 30 years of life. Minor things here and there. However beginning in November of last year, I started experiencing symptoms that were like nothing I had experienced before. Very debilitating, inconsistent, and varied in intensity. After an ER visit at the beginning of the year, I saw Dr. A for these same symptoms and I feel like he did try to help at first, and I followed all his directions to the T, but I'm still here no better, getting worse. After a while of no relief I tried to just figure out what I could do on my own. I still eat healthy, exercise, and work to take care of myself. I've probably tried every natural remedy you could think of. Sure I have good days, but the bad ones are very bad. Really bad. I felt so annoying having these issues and the extent of how much its affecting my life, jobs, relationships, everything. It makes me start to think does everyone feel this way and I'm just a really big baby? Nope. They don't and I'm not. This brought me to yesterday 12/06/2019, where I had another appointment with Dr. A. now it's not like he isn't aware of what I have been experiencing this year. It's not something new. To start he thought I was my sister (we look nothing alike) that kind deflated me a bit, but I pushed through it. I began by telling him I needed help and gave any symptom I could think of just to see if they were related, to maybe get that ah ha moment of oh you may be experiencing this. The reaction I got was so much worse than I expected. He smiled, scooted closer and said honey, anxiety can...and I had to immediately shut him down. THIS IS NOT ANXIETY! I know my body and I know what's normal and what is not normal for my body and this is not normal, I said. I was so frustrated and angry because I could tell he was trying to push me off, send me away with yet another paid appointment with no help. You're listing all these symptoms, trying to find an issue he says and I was completely flabbergasted. Isn't this what you do when you need help? When something is wrong with you? Is everything in this world anxiety that can be fixed with a stupid pill?! I have anxiety, have for years but I know my anxiety. I know how bad it can get, what it does and how it makes me feel. I also know how to take care of it MYSELF. Especially as I've gotten older. What do you want me to do he asks. I don't know, I have no idea I just need someone to listen, I said. I cannot live with this, especially with not knowing what it is. How can I fix it or help relieve it without knowing what's causing it. He continued to be condescending, talking down to me like a child. Just because you have the degree does not mean you know me better than I know myself. I couldn't stop the tears that came from humiliation, anger, hopelessness. After telling him if he didn't believe me than I would go to someone who would listen because I didn't have time for this anymore, he began to make a plan. I couldn't even talk coherently at this point, I was so upset and I just gave up. The rest of my visit consisted of my, forlorn yeah, sure, okay responses. More blood tests that yield no answers, more visits to other doctors for things my insurance won't cover, which of course is not his fault, but it just adds to the rest of the frustration. I needed to go to my family doctor whom I've known for years, and I just needed him to be on my side. To allay my fears and support me and he didn't. He made my feel crazy, like I was lying. To the point where I had to ask myself, am I crazy? I will never be going back there and I don't think I will be going to visit any of his recommended specialists. Why would I put myself through that again? Quite frankly I'm not sure I dare to go see any doctor now. I can say, for anybody experiencing things that are new to them, that they know are not okay, never let a doctor make you feel crazy. Never let anyone try to brush it off. He was ok but too much in a hurry going very fast and there was nobody waitting in the office was a a very slow Saturday afternoon.

Not sure why the patient is requested to sign in on a tablet... IMO this is VERY UNSANITARY and inconvenient!! Why is there a receptionist that can do it quicker and who is familiar with the screens and could do it in 30 seconds when it took me 10 minutes to fill the items out since the format for the sign in software was terrible...? Dr Andersen is awesome but the checking in needs to revert back to something more traditional... Not sure why the patient is requested to sign in on a tablet... Great Dr.

The Dr was very kind and helpful letting me know how to keep our of the hospital with ideas to keep my asthma in check with a bad Chest cold. Thank you

Dr. Anderson was thorough and listened to me well. My appointment time was a little behind schedule but even so he took the time to research a supplement I was inquiring about.

I went to the West Jordan Urgent Care, and Dr. Anderson was my doctor. He was very kind and personable, and felt that he really listened to what I had to tell him. I later told my husband that he was just a very nice person. The few times I have been there have been very good experiences with their staff members. I went there another time to get some blood samples taken for my brother for a bone marrow transplant. They didn't even charge me, and took the time to help get the samples packaged and ready for the Fed Ex pickup . I went to the West Jordan Urgent Care, and Dr. Anderson was my doctor. I've been going to Dr. Andersen for years now and I absolutely love him! He always remembers me and asks about my family and is super super attentive.

I've been a patient of Dr. Andersen since I was 18. I'm now 37 and he still cares just the same as day one. He really is one of the best in the state.

I went into the walk-in clinic on Saturday with pain in my abdomen and Doctor Anderson started giving me all of the test that would lead us to a conclusion. I'm very thankful for the knowledge and the urgency the doctor Anderson applied.

Dr Andersen has been my PCP since I was a kid. He and his office have always been great to work with! That's why I keep going back, and even refer friends.

Dr. Andersen is like one of the family. We all love him and feel like he really cares about us! He is an excellent doctor.

Doctor Anderson has been not only my doctor but my entire families doctor for years. I wouldn't go anywhere else. He truly cares about his patients and does what's best for the patients.
