They go out of their way to help
As a nurse, I can be highly critical of doctors who treat me or family members. Dr. O'Brian is a true patient advocate, who takes his time to really listen to you and then advocate for you to get treatment timely. I have high respect for him and his staff.
As a nurse, I can be very picky about my own doctors. Dr. O'Brien is a true patient advocate and takes the time to listen to your concerns and acts on them. His staff is very professional and caring. I definitely recommend him!
