Prescribed me a medicine which I am allergic to. The pharmacist and I tried calling him non-stop and couldn't get ahold of him to correct prescription for an urgent condition I needed to treat. Called a hundred times and was unable to speak to anyone.
If I could give negative stars, I would. This is by far the worst doctor I've been to. He's very rude, unprofessional, and extremely negligent. He didn't ask many questions to assess me, rather judge my condition just by looking at my physical appearance. When prescribing medicine, he didn't tell me what it was, how many times to take it per day and didn't explain any side effects. Avoid Kwok to save time and probably save your life. He will not care to look into why you're seeing him in the first place, but will rush to get out of there quick. He's very negligent and I wouldn't be surprised if people have died because of his carelessness. Just because he is an officer, doesn't mean he can be disrespectful towards anyone else below him. He needs to humble himself quick or get fired before he kills someone.
