my experience was great! the prep mediciation was very easy to understand and I was able to rest afterwards without being rushed.

Rescheduled an appointment then got a call that I missed my appointment. Called to reschedule and was told if I called again to reschedule I would be released from the practice. I scheduled an appointment and it was suppose to be April 20th and so I called today to confirm and they had no record which means some incompetent person didn’t do their jobs and I have to suffer for it

First there is no place to park. I had an appointment at 11:30, got there early like you should. Was told it was going to be an hour wait so after over an hour, I was told it was going to be 45 more minutes. I only give them one star because I have to.

Both my husband and I saw Dr. Bal for colonoscopies and an upper endoscopy for me. I found the office staff very professional and Dr. Bal did a good job of explaining the procedures before we went under. I also appreciate Dr. Bal helping me get on top of the problems that I have had with acid reflux: giving me a diet to follow and giving me a better prescription. Although, we didn't see him for the initial consultation, his nurse practitioner did an excellent job of going over instructions before getting the appointments scheduled. We had some problem with the insurance, but once I called the office, they were right on it and solved the problem.

Everyone was very nice and helpful.

I would give 5 stars but management is never around. But who needs management when the staff is AMAZING!!!

Very friendly staff, from the PA to Dr.Bal and all his staff that he has are amazing , please don't let one bad review scare you from going to this office. Trust me you will not be disappointed. Very professional

Dr. Bal was amazing. He answered all the questions I had and helped me understand what was wrong. Please See Dr. Bal for any of your stomach issues. His PA is also outstanding and has always been very kind.

I had a routine colonoscopy performed by Dr. Bal. The experience was good every step of the way. Each person I dealt with was accommodating and friendly. The clinic seemed to be run efficiently and was clean and pleasant. Everyone, including Dr. Bal, treated me with respect and decency. I trust him and his staff; this place will be my choice if any future gastro issues arise in my life.

Worst experience ever. Never even got to see the doctor for a consultation only his PA who didn't have any answers for me. Don't waste your time at this office. All they care about is your money.

my boyfriend had a ct scan 2 weeks ago that showed a mass on his kidney in this time they haven't even bothered sending his results to his PCP we can't move forward or even get a biopsy until the PCP reads the result's his PCP also requested results and still nothing. He called about it this morning and to ask wich side the mass was on and they wouldn't give him any info and treated him very rudely. I really like the doctor she took time to listen to what was wrong with me also set me up for some testing that needs to be done the staff called me to remind me of my appointment and how I need to prep myself for my procedure thank you team for being great????

Car crash in august now middle of November.After procedures and one prescription problem is still prevalent .He told me to call , I did front desk never returned call .Called again different girl said we could telemedicine.uuugh he lied after procedures.If your in pain everything they do is 2-3 weeks.WOULD NOT RECOMMEND.

Very abusive unprofessional staff. Showed no concern for patients, full of excuses for their failures, lied to me saying a manager was not there, 4 day response time on voicemail. Bad news. Go elsewhere.

Spent hours waiting to be seen. No food or drink. Arrived early waited an addition 2 hours to be seen on a no food or drink order for an endoscopy procedure. Additionally was not told that I would be charged for an Anesthisialogist service which was documented as a separate charge.

Yesterday was my husband's second visit to Dr. Bal. He went last year for a colonoscopy which was successful and almost pain free procedure. This time my husband went for follow up treatment after a pancreatitis attack. Dr. Bal is a really good doctor. He explains things simply and thoroughly. He is clear and direct. Professional yet friendly. He doesn't run you through unnecessary tests or treatments. I highly highly recommend Dr. Bal.

Excellent location from my 1st visit to the 2nd visit for a colonoscopy. It took an hour from the time I got there to the time I left. Everyone was excellent, didn’t feel uncomfortable at all.

Just coming back to write another review because I received a medical bill saying that this doctor isn't in-network with my insurance but I VERIFIED HE WAS BEFORE MY PROCEDURE. I am not paying a dime for out-of-network! That's ridiculous!!! This place is awful.
