Dr. Schaper did not listen to patient. Both ears were plugged with wax. This happens at least twice a year and he sees an ENT. Dr. Schaper said he could clear the wax. which he only made worse and was told to come back and he would try again, Husband asked for referral , but Dr. Schaper said he would have to wait too long to get in.
