I love dr zomcik but her receptions are rude and unprofessional. I have 3 kids and live about 45 minutes away. I moved here from another state and so when i have an appointment i have to take all 3 kids. It was easy when they gave me all their appointments on the same day. Then they started separating then making it harder for me to keep the appointments. The 1st time i asked it was because of the insurance company, then i figured I'd ask again another time then it was a bunch of stuttering and oh its her new policy, i said its was so much easier when i could bring them all at once and i got i don't know why she changed the policy. I missed an appointment called to reschedule and the rude B...., jumps down my throat saying we're separating the appointments because you keep missing yours, well if they kept them all on the same say instead of once a week like they were i wouldn't miss so many, and make up your mind on why your separating them and i dont get welfare and live paycheck to paycheck so i dont always have enough gas money for that week feeding my kids and keeping a roof over our head and have water, heat and electric. So yes thats the case for some missing appointments, so because of their rude unprofessional staff i will be looking for a new closer pediatrician.
