This is a drive thru surgery practice. My daughter had surgery for impacted wisdom teeth. Saw the doctor for about 15 seconds while my daughter was in recovery (which is a bench in a closet with a curtain.). They literally had my daughter (who was barely able to stand due to the general anesthesia) at the curb 10 minutes after she was out of surgery. No follow up appointment. No follow up call. I get better service at the drive thru at Burger King. They are pretty much the only game in town and they know it. The doctors and staff are rude. This practice is a mill. Just know that going in and don’t have any expectation
The business practices at this office are terrible. The office staff does not perform their due diligence. I had to reschedule my daughters oral surgery and her referral ran out a few days before. The office staff never checked to see if her referral was current before they provided services. Our insurance will issue a referral up to six months later. The staff didn’t ever bother to contact me. Now they are sending me a bill for $550.00. Please be cautious when receiving medical care here!
