I've been going to Dr. Thomas for almost 5 years and I'm glad that I have because she does very well in making very helpful suggestions and I don't regret choosing to go to her. And, along with her skill and expertise her staff is top notch too!!

Very pleasant and aggreeable but wastes time. I have been stranded in her office for hours.Also she is not inclined to give referrals to specialists.

Dr. cynthia thomas and her team cares about you as a patient. They are really concern about you receiving the best care.

She is the best Dr. I have ever had. I love this woman she is an angel. I cannot say enough nice things about her. And Sandra her nurse is awesome she is always on top of everything and makes you feel so comfortable and welcome .

Great Dr. I will never go to any other.

Very pleasant and agreeable but wastes time. My husband asked to see a heart specialist and six weeks later hasnt gotten seen.

If you like spending 3 hours waiting then this is the doctor for you. I do like the doctor but the wait times are terrible. The staff takes their time approving services with your insurance. I am on week 3 waiting for them to let me know if I can go to PT.

Her beside manor and sarcastic smile as she insults you made my experience less than poor. Not to meantion the very very long wait time. I waited 3 hours for her to refuse to fill an anticonvulsant I've been taking for 4yrs because she felt a specialist should be filling it. I explained I could'nt get in until the end of Jan. but she didn't care. She could've told her staff to tell me no instead of having them call me back and make an appointment for me to sit there for 3 hours to tell me no.
