Not in any would I recommend Dr. Self.

Excellent results. Highly recommend.

'routine' cataract surgery left me with a flicker at the edge of the eye, still flickering over two months later. Dr Self considers this 'normal' and has no remedy. Her prescription for a new right lens was so inaccurate that I had to be retested by our optician; a new prescription lens is being made for my distance vision. I have cancelled my surgery on the other eye and will look for another surgeon.

Annual checkups keeping track of vision,etc.. Performed surgery, removing cataracts in both eyes, putting in new lens; called me at home on evening of surgery checking to make sure I was o.k. Did complete followup on surgery day after surgery. 1st Class Doctor
