Doctors and staff are all supportive, on time

Dr. Osborne is careless and incompetent. She never ordered my test, missing the timeframe to start chemotherapy by 3 months, then told me I needed chemotherapy and 2 days later told me I didn't need it. She then told me I was supposed to start bone therapy, but pushed my appointment 6 weeks (the therapy was supposed to start within 6 months of diagnosis, pushing the appointment put me well past that timeframe). I contacted her office and wrote several messages in the portal, no response was given and my appointment remained at the later date. At my appointment Dr. Osborne was over 60 min. late as is typical. This is the third time she walked into the office and mistook me for another patient, asking me questions about my care that had nothing to do with my case. I had to catch her up on who I was and why I was there, and she was still confused. It is absolutely terrifying to be a patient in the Texas Oncology system.

I have been with Dr.Osborne for 3 yrs and from the very first visit she took time out to get to know me and my family. She has been very detailed about my breast cancer. She in very informative about other issues cased from medication. She and her staff are professional. I never feel as though I’m just a number. I have recommended Dr. Osborne to friends who were not pleased with their physician.

Her care is personal and caring. She provides excellent service

Dr. Osborne goes out of her way to care for her patients. She is very knowledgeable and gives additional information to her patients that may concern other family members who have cancer. She has done that for me on more than 1 occasion. She's an outstanding doctor.

I’ve seen Dr.Osborne for nine years now, following radiation and follow up visits. She is always up beat, thorough, encouraging.

It was a good informative visit. She is talented, knowledgeable and extremely personable. Unfortunately, the scheduling staff leaves a lot to be desired. I am still waiting for a call and also a call for a bone density.

Dr Cynthia Osbourne is an excellent oncologist, I am amazed at the care and attention that has been given to me to keep my symptoms low during my Chemo infusions.

Dr. Osbourne advocates for me and is always trying to find the best solution. I feel she really cares and her bedside manner is awesome. People dying of cancer has got to be a hard field to be in but she does it with the perfect combination of optimism and reality. Always a quick response when I have questions. I am lucky to have been referred to her.

wait time for Dr is long sometimes - HOWEVER - if I am the patient she is taking extra time with, I don't mind the wait for the next patient.

Dr Osbourne is a very caring and thorough doctor. She takes the time to listen and truly cares about her patients. She also lets the patient help in the decision making.

Dr. Osborne is the best. She is so caring and friendly. Her whole office is very friendly and helpful. There was no waiting.

Wish I had a longer visit. I waited 40 minutes once I reach the exam room. That was after arriving early enough to go thru a 20 minute check in process and waiting to be put in a room. By the time I finally saw my doctor I had only 15 to 20 minutes to visit before I had to Run back to my car before the 2 hr parking meter expired. Next time I’ll pay extra to park in garage I guess.

I think Dr. Osborne is excellent in all ways. She is a caring Dr. with expert information and very concerned about her patients health and well being. I am very grateful for how she has guided my care.

I have not been happy with this doctor. She makes you feel like symptoms from the Chemo treatments are all your fault, even when you are trying your hardest. She ridicules you for asking questions. Now that my chemo treatment is over she really doesn't have time for me and I will be going somewhere else soon.

Dr. Osborne is a Great Doctor she's Knowledgeable, Caring and has a Wonderful bedside manner and I'm grateful to have her as my doctor..

I had a good visit with Dr. Osborne. This was my yearly checkup and it was informative and thorough. I always enjoy seeing Dr. Osborne and I scheduled an appointment for next year. She answered all of the questions that I had and asked that I ask my internist to send my lab work at my yearly checkup in August!

Dr. Osborne is always very caring and takes time with me each visit. She is very empathetic, knowledgeable, and her staff is too. I am very glad she is my oncologist.

I have been seeing DR Osborne since 2011 after having a double mastectomy & radiation. She is a very caring doctor & addresses any questions that I have. She takes a personal interest in her patients & seems to really care about them. She is easy to communicate with & I think that she is an excellent doctor. My family & I have been seeing doctors at Baylor Dallas for forty some odd years & have always been treated well. After moving to Waxahachie in 2005 & loosing my husband in 2014, it has become more difficult for me to make the drive to Dallas & that is the ONLY reason that I would consider seeing a doctor any where else. I feel that DR Osborne is a friend as well as a very good doctor. No complaints what so ever !

She is a excellent in all details very personable had a strong caring manner a a very very sweet and caring bedside manner. I love her she is the best!

We could not ask for a more wonderful, compassionate Doctor. She has cared for my mother in every aspect of her illness with breast cancer. Her knowledge in what she needed during her different stays in the hospital has left our family in total confidence in her care. She cares for her as a person as well, always showing her live by asking for a hug before she leaves the room whether in office or hospital. Dr. Osborne, we love you so much!!
