I'm so very disappointed. When I had to change doctors because of a change in health insurance coverage, I was excited to find a female doctor, seemingly well regarded. Today, I have discovered that nine days after requesting a call back in regard to an urgent health matter, Wright State Physicians did not even know my major health issue! I had spent three hours there on my first appointment. That may sound like a lot of good health care coming my way (three hours!), but what it was all about was them USING me to teach their MD students. Because, IN SPITE OF this long, long discussion which centered on my primary presenting problem, when they finally returned my call more than a week later, THEY DID NOT EVEN KNOW WHAT MY PRIMARY HEALTH ISSUE IS. That is unbelievable. And they charge almost $200 for an appointment. … Also, for my first appointment, I brought in my health history on a thumb drive. When I offered it to the doctor toward the end of this overlong first appointment, Cynthia Olsen herself told me that the office already had it, but that she just hadn’t yet had access to it. Today, they tell me they do not have my health history. So sad! I truly regret the money they’ve received in the name of providing health care to me, both from my insurer (very little) and from me (a substantial amount). I'm so very disappointed. Omg . This is not a doctor . Don't make an appt . If you did ,cancel it . Totally pointless and unconcerned. Not thorough. Very scary. Missed and/or ignored diagnosis.
