Please if you’re looking for a Dr who cares and listens do not see Dr. Goldman she was rude, unprofessional and showed no empathy at all. Will definitely not come back

She takes very good care of my aunt and is so patient with her. She’s very caring and explains everything to her patients in detail so they understand their treatment, as well as why and how it works. She also explains to her patients why certain treatment options are not right for them so they understand why their treatment may differ from others.

Please do not use Cynthia Goldman for an MD. I have given the benefit of doubt on several trips. She is rude, wreckless in her attention, abrasive, rude and I never had a physician made me feel uncomfortable. Ive had physicians such as Dr Rasmussen of Greater Elgin whom I dearly miss after moving. My last straw is asking Cynthia Goldman to help me irrigate my ears. Ive had this procedure done by prior physician who was gentle and did it correctly. Cynthia Goldman was so ignorant in how she was performing a simple procedure, digging and spraying almost like she was irritated I asked her to do this. I will NEVER allow this person to give me medical attention again. She has no personable skills, don't waste your time. Dr Cynthia Goldman is the kind of Dr that doesn’t keep you waiting always returns your calls when you call and responds in an approiate amount of time Dr Goldman as well as her entire staff are always polite an greets you with a smile one of her nurses Marlyn is the best always has something nice to say.

Gets you in when you call. She will sit with you an explain every question you ask. I love that she doesn’t sugar coat anything she will be blunt an tell you the truth. If you have something going on she will do what it takes to figure it out. If she feels that you need to go see a specialist she will find the best one for you. She makes sure she keeps up with all doctors ( specialists) she recommend to you. She also makes sure that you have all an any tests you need

Cynthia Goldman is rude, unpleasant, terrible demeanor for a Dr. Do not give this person your time. Ive never been more appalled at the lack of compassion from a Dr.

I have been going to Doctor Goldman for over four years. I was diagnosed with Cancer and she always asked me "Is there anything I can do to help". She has always listened to my concerns and offered suggestions. I would recommend her to family and friends. Great Doctor!!!

I love Dr. Goldman. She is an awesome doctor. She really listens to your concerns and addresses them. You don’t have to wait weeks for an a appointment, and I love that. Her nurse Marilyn is a great asset to Her practice.

Her and her receptionist is terrible. The should close her office down. She needs to be retrained on patient compassion! ????????

Dr. Goldman is a superb physician and really takes the time to listen to her patients. Glad I'm in such good hands.

I love her and her receptionist/MA/Rn (not sure of her title) They are both cool and knowledgeable. Dr. Goldman treats a lot of my co workers,so when I come in complaining she knows and understands what I’m going through. Which makes it easier to treat me. Very rude doctor to deal with. There's a reason she only has 1.8 stars.

Dr. Cynthia Goldman is an excellent physician, she is very professional, friendly and through with her questions and examinations. Dr. Goldman is smart and concise, therefore, I'm confident in trusting my health to such a wonderful doctor.

Dr. Goldman appears very disconnected and uninterested during my visits with her. I was told (by her staff) that one of the test she performed came back fine. Then 9 months later when I visited another doctor, whose office shared electronic medical records with Dr. Goldman, I was told that the test was abnormal. This was extremely disturbing since time is of the essence with any abnormal results for health related test. I am very disappointed in Dr. Goldman and her staff and will no longer visit

Always felt like she don't have time to answer questions. Staff unfriendly don't look too happy and upbeat. Been trying to get med records to my new doctor since last year. Still trying as of todau, a new year. Did sign release form.

She was very unprofessional and made me feel bad about asking questions! I will not be returning to this doctor and don't recommend anyone see her. I would give her no stars if it were an option.
