Dr. Giles likes taking her time with her patients. She listens to you. In many cases she will recommend natural supplements instead of just writing a prescription.

Dr. Giles is a great physician! She is compassionate and committed to providing her patients with the best possible care. She listens without being judgmental.

I have been trying to reach a doctor or nurse here for over a week for an older relative who goes here. I have called numerous times and left messages and neither of us have heard from them yet. The prescribed a medicine that was recalled. When we tried to fill the rx the pharmacist stated she couldn’t fill it due to it being pulled off the shelf. My relative is experiencing the same life threatening issues the medicine caused which is why we were trying to contact them in the first place. This office is horrible. Do not come here.

Heard she was a wonderful Dr but hard to get into although it says she takes new patients and is on your insurance. Thats tough when you move here and not many doctors.

prompt service if you are early. great care. I schedule myself once a year for checkup.

Dr. Giles is the BEST physician we ever had in Georgia. We've moved to Texas and can not find anyone in our area that comes close to her expertise, compassion, patience, and bedside manner. Dr. Giles' standards of practice has raise the bar so high that we compare every Dr. to her and they don't come close to her. Dr. Giles has surpassed in every area and we miss her as our family physician.

They are very nice here BUT, they are very slow.

Excellent Doctor. Very easy to talk to and listens to the patient. Does not make assumptions. Thoroughly checks you out before deciding what is best to help you.

Dr Giles is a loving and caring doctor. She will take care of anything a family practice doctor can handle.

I found Dr. Giles when I first moved here from Florida in 2006. She is a wonderful doctor. She listens and takes her time with each patient. You may have a longer wait do to this, but she is well worth the wait. Her office staff is always very professional.

Best doctor in the middle Georgia area hands down. My entire family has been with her for years and everyone just loves the care we get from there.

Dr. Cynthia Giles is very professional but at the same time she lets you know she really cares. I can talk to her about any of my medical problems no matter what it is and not feel embarrassed. She has that great country doctor attitude and she really cares about her patients. I can only give her a 5 on this survey but she is A 10 as a Doctor and her personality also. In the end all I can say is great Dr. and person.
