Ridiculous experience, nobody explained that they were not seeing new patients. I have been waiting for months to have insurance to see a Doctor because I don't feel good. Finally, I acquired insurance and called around some PCP's offices without any luck. Got through someone at this office who told me I had to fill out a new patient packet prior to being able to make an appointment. I thought that was odd but ok, (I'm also new to this area) went to pick up the paperwork during my lunch break then returned it after work and asked if I could now make an appointment. The answer was no, the director has to look at the paperwork and approve it??? For what exactly that was never said. Then I would get a call and could book my appointment, although Dr. Dillon is not even taking new patients..ahhh. I patiently waited and called again the following week. Now I'm told that the process/wait can take up to June of 2023? Sooooo, nobody could tell me this before I massively wasted my time trying to get in asap because I haven't been feeling great since September 2022??? I'm beyond annoyed ????. If you are a new patient and need a doctor prior to summer do not bother with this place.

I love Dr. Dillon! I'd crawl over hot coals to get to her!! She's always been there for me for many years!

Dr Dillon is very caring and takes time with her patients. She answers all my questions precisely and in a way I understand.

Dr. Dillon is one of the few left in their business that does her job for the love of her patients, not for the money. She genuinely cares and is very knowledgeable. I would recommend her to anyone asking!! I must say her nurses are as genuine as her. Great staff all throughout the office!

I love her! She listens, admits if she doesn't know about something, takes time and works with you. She goes the extra mile to research new medical findings and get you the best possible treatment.

Terrible with unrealistic expectations of her patients

In one visit Dr. Dillon told me what was causing a cough that I had for 15 years and no other doctor caught. She uses years of experience along with the most modern medicine being used. Plus she is a great person.

She is knowledgeable, compassionate, understanding, and thorough.
