Waited over 1/2 hour in crowded room at the height of Covid-19 staff is rude, actual Dr is fine, but administrative staff zero stars

This cynthia carlson us so afraid of getting covid, that she will treat you like a Criminal for needing health care. She actually said we don't take Anyone with a fever to this office. My temperature of 98. I was Immediately tested for covid. I asked what was it I was to do instead and she said how would you feel if someone came in here like that. She sounded rediulous and unprofessional tgey to top if off she said you jnow we taje cancer paients in here. So is tgat my job to figure out who is what and what. Great Doctor! Thoughtful, considerate, thorough, & down to earth!

Awful! She didn't listen to anything my daughter said about her symptoms and Carlson said she was confident that my daughter's LYME SYMPTOMS were from a dermatoligical condition. Even I know more about Lyme disease than she does. They took blood and never ran the correct blood tests because Carlson neglected to order them. Waste of time and money. And she overbilled by claiming the 5 minutes she spent with us was a "complex" visit. Awful! One of long islands best! There aren’t many Dr.s left who Genuinely care about you and take the time to listen! I’ve recommended her to many people, all of whom love her!

Awful! Would give zero stars if I could. She didn't listen to anything my daughter said and said she was confident that my daughter's LYME SYMPTOMS were from a dermatoligical condition. Even I know more about Lyme disease than she does. Horrible diagnostic skills. Waste of time and money. And she overbilled.

I have recommended her, many times. She's very personable. Listens to you, not trying to rush you out the door. Hears your concerns and answers them. I've been with her for 20 years. She's just the best!

Dr Carlson is a terrific doctor. I and my daughter have been going to her for over 20 years. She is caring and an excellent doctor.

Dr. Carlson is a physician who seems truly dedicated to the care of her patients. She is a patient listener (no pun intended!) and gives answers which are clear and concise.

Dr Carlson is extremely caring, capable, knowledgeable, and kind. She takes time to listen to my concerns and explains everything easily. I recommend her to everyone! She's one of the best doctors I have ever had.
