Dr. Corning is the best. Her knowledge is unbelievable; and she is very thorough in explaining your condition and problem; and details the procedure and steps in your care. She is very personable, and makes sure to take time to see that you understand the process of treatment. I cannot say enough how secure and cared for with her and her staff.

Very understanding. Explains everything

Dr. Cybil Corning, assisted by Sarah Plummer FNP, performed a partial colectomy on my colon on Jan. 28, 2020. From start to finish, Dr. Corning and her team were accessible, professional, prompt, courteous and most importantly, caring. Because of Dr. Corning’s expertise, I avoided having my entire colon removed. Dr. Corning removed two separate sections of my colon using a laparoscopic robot. According to several nurses at St. Joseph ‘s Hospital, Dr. Corning is highly respected and it was my good fortune to have had her as my surgeon. I totally agree.

Could not have asked for a better experience with Dr Corning. From the first consult visit, thru surgery and follow-up, Dr Corning kept me fully informed on what issues we were facing, what to expect during surgery, and the sequence and limitations of the recovery process. With the use of robotics during surgery, there was surprising little pain post op. Kudos also to her support staff. You will see them as often as the Dr and be glad you did:-)

I recently had colorectal surgery which was performed by Dr. Cybil Corning. I'll admit I was very nervous about the entire procedure but Dr. Corning was excellent in explaining the procedure and the details behind the good and the bad. In the end it worked out much like she had explained to me and I couldn't feel better these days! Thank You Dr. Corning!

Incompetent. Misdiagnosed treatment.. Caused me great discomfort. Had to have second surgery to fix original condition.

I started seeing Dr. Corning for treatment of an abscess and complex fistula caused by Crohn's disease. She was straightforward but compassionate and kind when discussing my condition and procedures. Dr. Corning worked very closely with my gastroenterologist to develop a successful treatment plan that has given me my life back. I have complete confidence in Dr. Corning's judgment and abilities, and will return to her if I ever need a colorectal surgeon again. I cannot recommend her highly enough
