I found his manner cold and his abilities lacking He botched an operation on my daughter then had her transferred to a despicable hospital in Tulsa under a school mate of his to cover his mistake. It was a horrible experience.

Looking for a new PCP, but after the responses to some of these negative reviews, I'm leaning towards elsewhere .. Trying to get away from a bad doctor, but this doesn't seem like the place to go..

After lacerating my daughter's bile duct and duodenum during a simple gall bladder surgery he seemed unconcerned about her situation and had her transferred to a school mate of his to cover his botched surgery. He gave me the impression that he felt her life had no value showing no compassion about his damage inflicted upon her. I am surprised St. Francis still allows him to operate.

This is the worse office i have ever been too . Very cold personality. . The receptionist has an attitude . It should really get zero stars .switched drs and im very satisfied now .

I was recently seen by Dr. Phillips in the emergency room at St. Francis Hospital in Vinita. The health care provider that sent me there did so because she had significant reason to believe I possibly had suffered a stroke. Dr. Philips did not take the time to talk with me about the events that sent me to the hospital, He walked into the room and standing three feet away said "Oh you have had catarac surgery. It is not uncommon to see a miss-shaped pupil". He did not use a light to see that eye was not reactive, he did not ask me if I had noticed the pupil being miss-shaped before. Did not ask about my eyes crossing and staying so for 10 minutes the night before. Did not ask about the extreme dizziness that I experienced immediately following my eyes uncrossing. He didn't even ask how I was feeling. He just made the comment about it not being uncommon and walked out of the room. They ran several test including a cat scan and an MRI. I had to wait until all test results were in then he came in and told me every test was perfect. No problems found any where. When I asked if it could have been a TIA, he said "oh no, the MRI would have shown that". I later learned that statement was untrue. I was given my discharge papers and told I could leave. The diagnosis: DIZZY! Excuse me, but I do not go to ER because I am dizzy. I was written off as an old lady that had a dizzy spell. His attitude was demeaning, insulting and more than one of his comments was untrue. I cannot believe he is actually employed by St. Francis as an ER doctor. Everyone else was gracious, kind and showed concern. The Nurse, Hannah was outstanding. If you have to go to the ER in Vinita, I would call ahead and ask who the attending physician is and if it is Dr. Phillips, go somewhere else. I had to click a star to post this. Obviously I do not think he deserves even one star! Footnote: I spoke with my optometrist, whom I have seen quarterly for the last 10 years, he said my pupil is not miss-shaped, unless something had happened recently to cause it to be. Been doctoring with Dr Phillips for several years. He's personable, friendly and takes time to answer any questions. Very satisfied.

Dr. Phillip's has always treated me with dignity and mutual reapect. He is not afraid of providing referrals for those areas outside of his realm of knowledge (a critical and valuable trait for any physician). He is never condescending and doesnt "talk down" to his patients. He listens well and always is looking out for the interest of his patients. I highly recommend. Dr Phillips is amazing and the office staff is as well! I learn something everytime we go and he is so good with my kids. The staff is always so sweet and helpful. My husband also goes to him and we have no complaints. Very highly recommend Dr Phillips!

Dr. Philips didn’t spend more then 5 minutes with me. Sent me home paperwork that clearly stated to seek immediate medical care for the exact reasons I was there!

Dr. Phillips is an amazing Dr. but needs to leave his wife at home. She runs employees and patients off.

I recently changed physicians so that I could see Dr. Phillips. He is very kind and thorough, he listened to all of my concerns, and explained everything that needs to be done and why. I would recommend Dr. Phillips to anyone!

He prescribes narcotic medication to children without valid diagnosis. Multiple medical board, BBB, FDA and child services complaints are pending against this drug pusher.

Dr. Is great, but I am switching because I always spend over an hr after my apt. Time waiting to be seen or even brought into the exam room. It's ridiculous!

This doctor is very rude he treated me in a very unprofessional way cuss I sued someone he knew I won and he treated me horrible when I went to the Er .What a jerk I got a infection because he didn't give me antibiotics and some pain mess for a dog bite. I would recommend him very highly.. This is due to the care my mother received from him, my son, and myself. He cares about people and it shows. Bedside manners are excellent..
